Does the Meat Church W Sauce Chicken Sandwich live up to the hype??? You Betcha!!!!

Typically, we haven't done any copycat videos or anything even close. But because we've heard so much about this W Sauce Chicken Sandwich from Meat Church we wanted to give it a try!!
We used Bear & Burton's Fireshire sauce to marinade boneless, skinless chicken thighs overnight, then seasoned it with Meat Church's Holy Voodoo and threw it on our Green Mountain Grill Ledge Pellet Smoker for about 20 minutes, flipping them once.
Unlike Meat Church's video, we didn't toast our buns or put any cheese on them, but man, they turned out great!
We'd definitely recommend this combo, it was a fantastic alternative to a hamburger and had a ton of flavor!!

    🎉That Bear & Burtons W Sauce Fireshire is damned tasty IMO. Bought my first couple of bottles two days ago and I'm already thinking of uses. It's a nice tangy, slightly sweet heat. The heat isn't to hot by any means, but it does have a lingering warmth in your belly due to the Ghost Peppers in it. It also has Serrano and Habanaro peppers.

    “I forgot the pepper Jack.” And the lettuce and tomato, I would add. I’m just ribbing you, dude. I’ve got some thighs marinating right now. We’ve done the Mexican chicken sandwiches three time now and they’re delicious.

    95% of all KZread BBQ presenters recommend 175-185 for thighs and wings. I'm sure you would have had a tastier result at that internal temp, particularly given that you're cooking on a pellet grill and will get minimal char. 165 degrees, no char, no cheese, no toasted bun... Other than that, a perfect replication of Matt's version.
