This strategy can only fail by greed and a lack of dicipline. Ex: someone making $10 profit every spin and has made $100 in 10 spins decides $100 isn't enough profit (when they didnt possess it 10 spins ago!) THEY WANT MORE!! So they bump theIr bet up $5 or even higher! Then if they lose that bet, it hurts them to martingale to revover that loss and should they lose a second spin back to back, they quit in fear of losing a 3rd spin and the intimidating cost and say the martingale doesn't work when it has "ben for centuries" 🤫 for those that have dicipline comitted to their set bankroll. Time your sessions, commit to your bankroll, and stay diciplined to a snails profit vs a cheetas and you will win 95%. Should you ever lose in the 5% you will be able to recover it on your next diciplined session with little effort. 🤑

If you use a martingale with a Bankroll of $1275 dollars which would be the maximum amount before reaching most casino outside bet maximum bet. If you get 10 wins you will only make $50. If you then lose just once you will lose $1275. This means to recoup your loss you would need to have 26 winning sessions in row just to recoup what you lost. Yes you will win a lot of the time, but no matter how disciplined you are, just one loss will wipe out all of your profits. I actually have been using a better system that has made me $4000 in just 3 weeks. I have been betting on one half of a European roulette wheel covering the 18 numbers going clockwise from 0. I am waiting for 2 consecutive spins on the other half of the wheel, ( the numbers I haven't covered) then I am betting $1 dollar straight up on each number making $18. If I lose I am making the same bet but increasing the stake as follows $1 (18) $3 ( 54) $7 (126) $15 (270) $31. (558) This is a total bankroll of $1026. After 3 wins I am walking away with a minimum of $54. I am then trying again at another table . I have been making around $200 a day usually within just 20-30 mins and have had just one losing day. The number very rarely lands 7 consecutive times on the one side of the wheel.

Just video the wheel roll in any large casino for two hours and bring the film home and pretend that you are martingaling. Usually in a 2 hour period, you'll lose 8 times in a row.

Yes it’s completely viable if there’s no maximum bet- although it’d be less than a fraction of a percent odds of losing more than 8 times in a row on odds that are nearly 50/50 Only drawback is that it’ll take all day to make very little money

I Also like the one third betting roulette strategy. You begin with 9 betting units and bet one third (3 units) on Red/Black. If you win you now have 12 betting units and your next bet would be one third again. (4 units) If you lose you bet the remaining two thirds. (6 units)

As soon as I make 165 I run. I’ve lost the 635 twice but made it to the 800 on countless occasions.

Yeah I tried this strategy using an online binary options trading account. (Which is a scam. It’s trading every 30 seconds. ). Was about 7-8 years ago. I tried it on the demo account with no real money. And it seems to work. But once I started using real money. The spike on the graph would go insanely unrealistically up and down. I ended losing like I think it was about £300. But do you think this works on roulette ? If it lands on zero. Then it puts it all out

assuming no table limits (there’s always table limits lol) this is even better in blackjack if using perfect basic strategy. you would hit blackjack occasionally, winning 1.5x profit, which would immediately add more to your winning bankroll than a normal red or black bet.

I've got an idea. What if you waited until a color was missed 3 times before you start the system? Also, instead of doubling down, you triple down. Example: $25 - $75- $ 225- $675

Do not do this. In the US most table minimums are $5. 11 wrong colors is $5,160. The problem is most casinos have table limits far below $5k. Even if the casino had unlimited minimum bets. If you lost 14 times in a row.. it happens, you would have to plunk down $41k.

If $5 min / $5,000 maximum, you run out of attempts after 9 consecutive losses. The only thing I've employed is to wait for (i.e. Red) to hit 3x in a row. Then bet $5 on the other (i.e. Black). Ideally, no one has encountered a table hitting 12 consecutive times on the same colour (or honestly, not on your colour, because there is always the joy of seeing the damn table hit 0 or 00)

You can play a short session and quit when ahead. But quit for good. If you play next year again, you are not quitting. You can’t change the odds by taking a year off and then playing again. The odds are the same all the time. The dice, cards, or roulette are not affected whether you take one day off, one month, one year, or even 10 years off.

Hey mate Why u want to start from begin example on red and apply for martinagle??? Its múch easier step to do it better. Keep the table run example o 8-10 number streak in row example red colour and then u jump to that. U ll save a lot of money to avoid 8-10 rounds to increasing stakes

If you were at a table with a $50 min and a $25k max and you started $50 on each bet, you would win as long as you don't get 10 losses in a row, which certainly can happen. It's sort of like a reverse jackpot.

I went twice in casino, first day I won with this strategy that I did without researching. Second day I lost beacause it was 8 times red while I was betting on black😂 At least I had fun🙂

Ive definitely made the random 10 here and there which is nice but I've managed to loose 4 50/50 odds in a row before which has ends up meaning overall im just barely in profit, definitely not a get rich quick scheme. Just a free takeaway every once in a while

Statistically hitting the same color 10x has the same probability of hitting the same color only 5/10. You will never beat the casino in the long term especially knowing you dont actually have 50% of winning but actually more around 45-49% depending on the casino

It's not a 50/50 bet with the zero(s). With 1 zero, placing on red (for example) gives a 48.6% chance of landing on that color. In the states, with zero and double-zero, there is a 47.3% chance of it landing on your color.

What would happen if you combine the martingale system with card counting? In theory you would have around a 50/50 with black and red. When you start counting each black/red win and one side is up like 5 wins, switching to the color that is down, it should increase you're probability of winning, but I am too lazy to calculate that. Would that actually work?

No, because past results do not affect present outcomes. The ball could land on red 4 billion times and the probability that it would land on red the next turn would still be 50/50

@@Adomas_B I think everyone over emphasises this point. Of course red could land 30 times in a row but when was the last time you went straight to the table and this happened. The key is to walk away when ahead. The casinos edge is a long term edge not a short term one. The casino can do nothing about the short term. Use a strategy with a high success rate and the moment you are 1 unit ahead walk away. For example the probability of the last 7 spins repeating exactly for the next 7 spins is extremely unlikely. So if the last 7 numbers were RRRRRRR then bet against this exact sequence happening for the next 7 numbers and walk away the moment you are ahead.

I've noticed that the ball landing on one specific half of the wheel 7 times in a row is pretty rare. So potentially if you bet one unit on each number on one half of the wheel say 0-24. If you lose bet the following units. 3 units 7 units 15 units 30 units This could potentially work. If your unit is a $1 unit your bankroll would be $1008. If you look to make $36 dollars, which would be two wins and walk away. Do this 3 times a day and you have $108 a day.

I would use martingale if the casinos would allow me to WIN on 0 and 00, rather than lose on them. The green spaces come up a lot more than people think...and they come up at the wrong time. However, instead of losing, if they would pay me instead, I would do it.

@@GRice999 - Yes, but the edge on the Roulette wheel with 0 and 00 is 5.26% on every spin. The highest possible edge using card counting is a +7 which I believe is only a 3% player edge. It could take awhile to get to +7. To me, I'd rather just have a 5.26% on every spin and flat bet. But that's just my opinion. I personally don't like card counting. I'm not good at it and you often can get backed off tables and banned. Again, just my opinion.

But you can gamble with an edge at casinos as it stands today, but it's basically a full time job (combined study, practice, searching for an opportunity, and execution).

Martingale works only on one occasion and that is to sit out very long streaks of colors/high-lows etc. before placing bets. However its nothing which could be useful for the average player. In general martingale strategies should be avoided at all costs except they will be used as positive progressions.

You lost all authority to speak on "useful strategies" when you first implied that streaks of colors have any outcome on the next outcome. You're allowed to be superstitious if you want but anyone who taken a highschool level stats class knows the probability of landing black after 10 blacks is exactly the same as red. You are exactly backward on your next statement as well. That martingale strategy doesn't work for the "average player". That's literally exactly who it works for. If I only plan to bet on roulette 20 times in my lifetime, like an average player, and not some avid gambler... my chances of going 10 times black and going bankrupt are very low. But if I plan to run this strategy unlike an average player, and unlike you suggested, over 1000 iterations, my chances of hitting 10 blacks in a row and going bankrupt becomes MUCH more likely. The reason the system, kinda works, is because you aren't allowing the house edge to statistically take much effect, whereas if you do this ALOT the statistical edge WILL take effect and you will hit 0.

I have lost 11 times in a row. This stratagem is good for quick in and out betting but long term the odds remain the same. It’s still the best overall approach. Just realize that when you start with $1, you lose a succession all those bets are simply to win back your initial $1 so it’s a slow growth.

the first time I went to a casino, my mate played roulette, and I had no idea. he deployed the Martingale system, but with a hitch. he waited for the wheel to hit 4 consecutive times on red or black. You say you lost 11x in a row, but if you had waited for it to hit red 4x in a row, and then started betting black. hopefully the table doesn't hit red for 15x in a row (albeit possible, but is it really plausible?!?). in the end, over 1000's of spins, hopefully the results are 500 red and 500 black - but it doesn't always work out that way.

Assuming the minimum bet is low and your max bet in high, you can never lose mathematically. Say you bet 1$, and the max bet is 2000$. You can suffer 9 losses in a row before tapping out. The odds of losing 9 in a row is 1/512 or 0.2%

i think its worth it once it get up to the 64 pound.. with this Martingale system, after a certain amount of losing rolls, ur goal shift over to recovery instead of profits even though if it hit, u win a tiny profit for risking a major bet.. so for me, the first couple of rolls are aimed at profits but after id say 3 rolls, thats where i shift my goal to recovery mode instead of profit chasing.

you mean you get back to recovery mode after losing 3 martingale bets in a row?. sound intresting. i had a intresting and very dumb roulette experience few weeks ago. i deposited 100 euros and made 10 profit in no time and the martingale strategy kept losing. i was able to stop myself at 40 euros. then climbed the ladder back to 149, incredible run it was. actually i wanted to stop after reaching 150, but that 1 euro greed made me lose all the 149 + another new 100 deposit i made out of mad frustration betting 10 euro bets lol. It would't happen if i would've seen your comment before i guess.

nowadays so many ppl is doing this, that if u try it, u may see 15-20 times in a row red or black. this mean u can star with 1$ and end up betting 8-10k to win 1$ :D

You need to calculate how many bets you can do to make it until its so improbable that you lose all your money that it's basically free money.

Because although unlikely it can still happen. The probability of a specific colour landing is the same regardless of whatever spins have happened previously. If after 6 spins against you the probability of 7 spins going against you is 48.6 %. With a martingale system you can only ever make a one unit profit. So one loss would wipe you out completely and leave you very poor. It's a very high risk low reward system.

It happens more often than you think. There's also the affect on moral after 3 or 4 successive losses. It's a huge test of nerve and the next one is still always 50/50.

It is for this reason why there has never been recorded more than 25 reds or blacks in a row. That is because the probability of that happening is essentially 0, with your misconception, it’s 48%, which means it should have happened already.

No. Nobody is going to offer insurance unless THEY can make a profit. You'd be paying the both the casino's and the insurer's profit.

There are 8 combinations of 3 spins. Its unlikely that the 8 combination of 3 coming out in a row so count back the lasy 7 3's and wait for 2 spins to happen and lets say its red red and previously red red red came out then dont go for red red blavk just because it didnt come out. Its more than likely to be red red red again because if all the 8 combinations came out then you would know exactly whats next... tbats how to use the margintale system

Red black is not 50-50, you have 0 and 00 and even 000 on some tables. House have the edge in the long run.

As long as we're talking about truly random, independent trials (like roulette), no betting system, including Martingale, will ever yield profit in the long run, except for the house. Anyone who's gambled for any extended period knows that bad losing streaks will naturally occur over a long enough sample size. When those happen, progressive negative betting systems like Martingale will inevitably run up against bankroll limitations and table maximums, and the player who doesn't believe they can keep losing will find themselves badly stuck with no way back to even.

This strategy works as long as the minimim bet is like 1% of your BR

Only works on sports if long period listen to the wise words of someone who’s beating the system

The Tracy system works better but requires more patience. You double your bets on a 50/50 losing bet 5 times only and you start at unit bets again. You are losing the long odds losing streak but will recoup that long losing odd over time. Thank me later, be patient.

This would never work as casinos have table limits

Martingale works you just have to be patient. Impulse bets will get you.

If after 20 times you don’t hit it’s rigged. It will eventually work 😂 just get the capital 🤷🏻‍♂️

Only way for it to truly work is unlimited bankroll and no bet limit.

@@ebojfmdboojoh4023 Yep... the odds of losing 32 times in a row is nearly as unlikely as winning the lottery. But losing more than 10 times with an initial denomination of $5 will destroy a person's wallet and is something i've seen happen a dozen times on the roulette table.

Martingale kill your bankroll.

The casino should remove maximum and minimum bets, it will be better for players

You would still not win with this strategy. Imagine if your initial bet was £5. If you had 10 losses in a row you would need to bet £5120 just to win £5. It's not unusual to have 10 or more Red/Blacks in a row.

I’ve won more than I’ve lost using martingale so I don’t get the hate but I always do the minimum so i gamble at table min 10 max 500 blackjack so if I lose my first 10 I just repeat my 10 then double later goes like this 10/10/20/40/80/160/320 so I have to lose 7 in a row and sure I break even but I profit whenever I go on a streak

Its not a 50/50 bet

My strategy actually work then cause i can lose on a 10 streak and still be on profit cause u double always your amount till u hit red and then start off with your normal bet and so on

Dont do it. You don't know when your going to lose. Your losses at some point will be catastrophic. Casinos love martingale players.

So, you're adding up all your losses and doubling that.

Been going to casinos for over forty years sitting on real and stadium roulette. I've seen 16 straight "reds" once (reds meaning even money bets). I see 8 straight "reds" two to three times every hour on average whenever I sit on the faster stadium wheel, in fact, forget the traditional roulette wheel. I see 11 straight "reds" once every two hours, on average. The trick to the Martingale system is to wait. You wait, and watch. Once you see eight straight "reds", that's when you start your martingale system. Be financed to cover 5 losing rolls. Conservative, boring, but your alternative is to hope to get lucky? Minimizing the need for luck. Never ever start martingale system as soon as you sit down.

You have no idea how statistics work, and you shouldn’t step foot in a casino. Each coin flip has no weight or bearing on the previous nor the consecutive coin flips. If 8 ‘reds’ are flipped consecutively, the chance 8 more will happen is equal. If a ‘black’ pops up, the chances are still the same for 8 more red. A 50/50 coin flip is a 50/50 coin flip. Nothing you or anyone else can do will change this. Take a stats course. It’ll either help you quit gambling or might help cut your losses.

Not work. I dubble 9 times. Start 0.25 cent to 64. Stil losing. Verry bad plan. If u play 0.25 cent. U losing 8 times. U wil do 32€ for 0.25 cent? No srry. I like more 5€ on 1 dozen. Better plan look... 5€ lose, again 5.. losing again. 5.. Them 10. 15. 20. 30. 45. 75. Much saver to do. If u start 0.25 cent to 75€ u can dubble up 11 times
