Shin-yu talks like a lawyer proceeding trial in court even when he pours his heart out 😂 This man is unique in every way. I can't think of another actor other than Rowoon to play this character ❤ Rowoon is killing it every second in every scene, with every word and expression ❤

The fact that he said all that with a straight face gets me. 😂😂😂 I’ve never seen someone have such a nonchalant attitude/composure when confessing their feelings for others. 😂😂

Part of that might be that he does not believe the feelings are real, that they are just a product of the potion. His character acting is really good though.

Rowoon acts with his eyes. His eyes say a thousand words 🥺❤

I've never rewatched episodes as much as I have with this K-drama. Rowoon is outstanding in this. So enjoyable to watch.

The fact that he keeps on checking whether she has any feeling whatsoever for him is what gets me. I think the moment Hong Jo says or show the slightest interest in him, he'll go even more crazier in love. Lol. Cant wait to see how their story unfold!

This drama was well written, directed and acted. The two leads were exceptional and I don't think any other actor or actress could have played these roles. Love, love, love this drama ❤❤❤❤

There's a clear difference between Rowoon on Ep4 vs. Ep6 - can really feel that his love has become genuine and soley his (instead of talking like a broken record of a cheesy love poem lol) I absolutely love Shinyu and Hongjo❤

Rowoon nailed the character of Sin-Yu. He was so GOOD at it! and when he thought Hong-Jo died, the emotion, WOW! This drama is the best that came out this year for me; comedy, drama, romance, suspense, sad, and most importantly when finished watching it, it leaves marks on your heart. The overloaded cuteness, the overwhelming chemistry, and the butterflies in our stomachs especially the kisses!

This show is just different! I mean Rowoons character and the others, the interpretation, the script, cinematography, everything is top notch, magnetic, and I can't get enought 😁🤩😍😍😍😍

I think he liked her a little before. He was always in her business like when she confessed to the other guy he was there and got catty with her about her confessing to the guy . If he didn't like her just a little he would've just minded his own business. But i could be wrong.

The "dream" of the grimreaper was only an exuse for both and after that he works in the same place as she and the conversation was from the beginning teasing each other only to hide their desires that they wanted not perceive. I think the "spark was jumping over" at they first meet.

I swear he is the handsomest in his drunk scene where he says it’s love.

My fave part in one of the earlier episodes in the alley he runs after her. The way he does it, is amazing! I've watched it so many times! He's a talented young man.

I wasn’t familiar w. Rowoon before this drama. Once I looked into his background, he maybe one of the best singers turned actors out there. And I'm watching every series before/after this one cuz he's a natural actor. On the flip side, there's another singer turned actor that has been in a lot of series in the past few years... he's not a good actor but keeps getting cast cuz he has great visuals (I'm not naming him cuz I don't like getting hate comments 🤷‍♀️)

I would say 'yes', it does. She was on his mind often even before the love potion. The night of the dinner, where Jae-gyeong gave her the replacement clothing. She told Sin-yu that simple acts of kindness pleased her because no one was ever kind to her. In that moment as she is walking away, his face changes. Like he knows EXACTLY how that feels. The fresh-ex, rarely listens to him, he asks for space she shows with pajamas. The best friend rarely listens to him. Joining with the fresh-ex to force Sin-yu into marriage. His own father ignores what Sin-yu wants. Hong-jo listens, talks back, interacts but eventually gives in to what he is asking for. Hong-jo has a simple, sweet, forward character, similar to his mother(who is amusingly adorable and am hoping for her to get the divorce). If the genetic brain anomaly was in the emotion region and now it is healed, he would be dealing with a flood of emotions kicked off by his interaction with Hong-Jo there at the shrine.

Am hoping it they will show up on You tube or I can find them on another service provider. It is okay, will watch both leads separately and together they made a very interesting and delightful series that I will likely watch repeatedly so spoilers will not spoil it for me. @@mfn6380 Not sure where you live but I live in the states and I watched in on Netflix. I hope you get a chance to finish it. I've watched Rowoon in other dramas and this role was just made for him. I've only seen her in one other drama and I also liked her in that different genre. Their chemistry is so good and they made their characters endearing. Whatever you had to go through, I hope all is well with you and you're overcoming it with a peace of mind.

Creo que ambos están por igual (Shin Yu y el vecino) si, Jaekyung es frío y todo, pero Shin Yu también ha sido muy hiriente con ella. Pero creo que ella ya se está enamorado de Shin Yu aunque no lo reconozca o bien trate de ocultarlo, creo ambos tratarán de ir contra el destino (Shin Yu con su novia y Hong Jo con el vecino), pero eso no servirá de nada, ya que se darán cuenta de que ellos no les otorgaran la felicidad y el verdadero amor que buscan. Estoy segura de que el amor de ambos crecerá a tal punto de que no podrán ocultar más lo que sienten.
