I think I have the 8 quart one! Bought at Goodwill. Going to cook a beef roast kit today. You can cook bacon on the base too!!

I just found this exact same one at Goodwill today for $4.

Mine didn't get cool enough. It bought to a boil on lowest setting. In the book you will see it's great for camping you can fry an egg on the bottom.

I love this little vintage slow cooker. You know you can saute in the pot right on your stove top, then transfer pot back to slow cooker base?
