My hair isn’t curly, but it’s not straight. My hair used to look a lot like yours when I was really young, but now it’s just a frizzy mess. I have always struggled with a straightener for whatever reason, so this brush has done wonders and now I have more confidence

dang! 456 is too much heat for hair! ladies never go past 400 please and use heat protectant. Also, using oils before using direct heat will fry your hair. Oil+ direcr heat= fry hair. ps. hair stylist. EDIT: Invest in good tools, good products and learn to stretch your curls before hand and you will never need to go above 400. Use humidity shield and you are good for 2 to 4 weeks.

Some peoples hair can hold more than 400 depending on the texture and curl pattern and porosity, its fine. As someone with extremely thick 4b/4c hair, Ive never gotten heat damage and my hair always reverts back just fine. I don't straighten my hair often but I always use a heat protector.

It worked so well on your hair. My curls are really tight so I know I'd have to blow out my hair first before using the brush/iron to straighten it. 💕

I literally just clicked on! Want to thank you already for making this! My daughter has curly hair and I tell her CONSTANTLY it's beautiful-I swear, but sometimes you know the struggle of cowashing, washngoes, and resetting curls is hard and especially in the morning before school! So, flat irons don't do great on her hair, but I would love to try this just to make things slightly easier on her during the school week...When I braid it up and she sleeps on it, it kinda messes up because it's silky soft tight curls and they do hold a braid, but not a twist. So thanks ahead for making this! Plus, my baby is full shea moisture hair products-nothing else :)

thank you Bryana! I'm a 30ish white guy but i'm like also 70% native American (The variety that has super thick curly hair). My curls are not near as tight as whay you have when you just wash and air dry, though i'm not too far off, my curls are like penny to nickle size but i've just been running a detangling comb and chasing with a blow dryer as I really didn't want to drop like a hunny on a straightener. I have the same brush and a trick to get the roots is to angle the brush so the sides of the "bristles" straighten out your hair. But your results where surprisingly really good, mine just came out as a really really good blowout (but then again I have kinkier hair), I still liked the results though so it's not all bad
