Hi Ma’am, My husbands visit visa got denied due to deception (He didn’t disclose that I was in the Uk, but in the travel intent letter he submitted he lied that I was with him in Nigeria). UkvI found this and he was denied based on this ground. The visit was supposed to be for his MRCS exam and not with the intention to visit me hence the reason we lied because of strong ties at home. We don’t know if this is a ban or we can reapply as the letter didn’t say ban explicitly. His exam is meant to be on the 15th of May, 2024.

I have a 5 years ban from Canada back then in 2022, will it affect my UK application this year?

In 2018 I applied for PSW visa. After submitting my visa extension application, UK shut that college and refused all the students application along with me. I appeaed against that decision and keep continue my case. By the mid time I got admission University of Greenwich and complete my MSc. While I was studying I submitted new application for student visa. My intention was stay there until completion my course in University. UK retained my passport and send the letter for removal volunteery. By that time I got my certificate and left the country volunteerly in January, 2011. According to that ACt I was Ban for 1 year. Last 13 years I never applied again. Now I am married and doing business. I want visit UK with my wife and family. Does my previous incidents effect my application?

Hi, I really hopreu could kindly reply to my question. I am an FY2 doctor working in the uk under a skilled workers visa. I recently updated my visa as i got a new job offer come August this year. I paid £500 for a priority service which as i understand should get a decision in 5 days. It has been 4 weeks now, still no reply yet. I called up the ukvi help line, and was told that sometimes have to wait that long. Why cant he just give me the status of my visa application? Is there a special help line that i can call to actually check the status of my visa application. I can provide my application id which is on the visa applic itself. Or do u think i should go to London UKVI and directly talk to somewhere instead of calling? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Did you get your visa?

Madam , I am banned in Canada for 5 years because of my experience letter issues that wasn't signed by HR. Now got offer letter from New Zealand should i disclose the matter? If i disclose, have any chance to get visa from New Zealand.

It's generally advisable to be transparent about your previous visa refusal on a new application, even if it was for a different country (Ireland) and a different visa type (student visa).Since your application is already submitted, there's no need to resubmit it unless UKVI specifically requests further information. If you feel comfortable, you can draft a brief explanation of the Irish refusal (without mentioning the specific reason) to submit to UKVI if they contact you.

You are required to disclose all the relevant information about your overstay in Australia. It might not directly affect your UK application, however, the Home Office can do background checks to know about your Immigration History

I have a mistake in filling up my UK online application form. I ticked NO on the part where they ask if i am eligible for health and care visa, which is supposedly YES. Now i need to pay for my IHS. If i proceed with the application. Does it lead on leas on the refusal of my application?

Hello there, I canceled myself ukvi visa application do to some personal problems, i applied for IHS refund and Application cancel. The qurey is i didn't get my passport back and also IHS money, So How many days it's take to get passport back.

You can make enquiry with the paid services requesting for your passport. IHS refund are received within 90 days of cancelling.
