No agora do not refund any mony Completely fraud

Very bad experience when i booked Roya rooms through Agoda,in Istanbul. Our reviews were not displayed on public platform. Neither our concerns were addressed,even we emailed our complaint to Agoda but of no use

We booked hotel rooms for two days in udaipur through Agoda and did online payment.When we enquired with the hotel for check in ,we came to know that no rooms were booked in our name.The hotel manager told us they aren't accepting Agoda bookings.It's a total fradulance. Then we had to book again with the hotel in cash at that time . The money we paid in Agoda went in vain.So everyone be aware while booking in Agoda and other online websites

Same here with agoda at gurgaon

Agoda is not genuine site.i booked to Philippine and my flight cancelled due to covid circumstances and they never refund . Moreover they keep u waiting on line for an hour to reply to ur call .since that time I started booking via hotel official site without prior payment. More saver than any site

Mi hijo reservo 2 noches en el hotel monreale orlando con agoda y cuando fue al hotel lo rechasaron por q tenia 20 años y no 21 pero no tubieron problema para cobrarle 2 noches q nunca le reembolsaron y lo peor es q quedo en la calle a las 12 de la noche

Don't use agoda for booking, they don't listen and do not make any refund

​@@ghaith1618no hope I guess. I had the same experience sending 30 emails about my refund and all I got was half-assed zero concern auto generated message telling me they will promise a refund in 45 business days which never happened until today.

I fully agree.... They do not refund your money... They will give you agoda cash which you can not even use

After Payment Hotel Staff Says We have not received any Confirmation From agoda agoda cheat with me and I am unable to cancel my booking

same goes to me. Agoda customer service said they unable to contact my hotel that I was book to cancel but I directly contact the hotel and they said never received any call from agoda.
