I was reading this book called "Good strategy bad strategy" and I read something that I connected with. Sharing it in this video here.
What I am essentially trying to say is - yes, all strategies should be story-led, and the story itself should be built around the "core voice" of a company and its founders. But... success is unlikely to come unless there is a strategy to begin with. And having a vision, is not a strategy.
