More like a dodger outfielder in a bat factory
I remember watching Stu Pederson growing up back in the good 'ol days when he played for Syracuse. Dang, time flies...
Took the tour 10 years ago was awesome. Met the guy who made Frank Robinson's bats pre computer. He's was like the tour miester.
If you are a baseball fan, and happen through Louisville, that factory tour is a great family or for yourself time. Pretty inexpensive, and getting to hit balls in the batting cage with bats made to your hero's specifications for a few extra dollars is so fun. I've been three times and got a custom bat made for myself every trip.
I would love to tour their facility. The smell of wood would be an experience in itself

While I have the chance I wanna thank my dad for getting me into baseball .he won’t read this , he’s old school and still listens to the radio on the front stoop . I’ll never forget the 1st time I played ball . 1966 , The older kids up the block were pitching and hitting in the street and dad sent me up there and told me to ask if I can play . Mr. Broschart was pitching over hand and i said , cant throw underhand ? I was like 6 yo and he said , that’s not how we play here son and proceeded to put my hands together , choke up on the bat and spread my legs . It was all fun and games ever since .
Joc seem like a great guy love how he always trying to get better you are never perfect always strive to be better
Thanks joc how cool to see
I have been there before it is so interesting to walk through there and see how the bats are made especially for a baseball player or a baseball fan highly recommend going and taking a tour of you are ever in Louisville Kentucky you won't regret it
love this guy
Everybody hearing red rocket: Me hearing red rocket: wait what’d he say
Extremely interesting, thank you for this!
“I don’t like it dad...sorry.” 😂😂

I have been through there a couple times, I was surprised how big of a city Louisville is! You would have never guessed from seeing it on a map.
The sound of the wood clanking is god like
Stuff like this is what makes me damn proud to be an American. God bless all these kind’ve all American companies. I’m in the process of starting my company, and I want all the work to be done here by American hands, in the country that I love. God bless America. ✊🏼🇺🇸
I got to see that in person also
I attempted to make a bat in woodshop on the lathe ended up lookin like a toothpick Haha so soothing though
Hell yeah world series winner's baby!
I got to go In there when I went a month ago
I am surprised they don’t have a batting cage setup for MLB players to try various bat configurations.
Piece of history
Joc is getting to know his bats, thats how hes so damn good
I like how the bat he liked was Ian happ’s bat
I actually do alot of maintenance work for a company that used to make the dowels for Louisville Slugger
Its like the wand shop from harry potter. Pure magic
That bat vault is like Ollivander's Wand Shop.
Awww 🤗🤗🤗nice
future giants legend
I've crossed the bridge on I65 from Indiana into Kentucky many times and the first thing you see is that big ass Louisville Slugger factory. I've always wanted a tour. Where do they make the corked ones?
Joc the Rock! It must be nice to see where your weapon is made.
"Sorry Dad!" Love that part
It's like harry potter but with bats
Bro every bat in the vault that he touched he did the exact same move lmao
it’s like harry potter picking his wand
Yo quiero saber a cómo están esos bates para poder juntar y comprar una
Video should be called worlds most charismatic man visits bat factory.
Lucille is thirsty, she's a VAMPIRE BAT!!!!!!!!
I hope they have a good sprinkler system.

Joc is a great player hopefully the dodgers could sign him to a long term contract.
It’d be cool to get a branded bat without sanding off the scorch marks. Hell, take a blowtorch to it and add some more. Then a nice varnish to seal it in
I enjoyed my Justin Turner ad
The comp of Joc Pederson to Ted Williams coming to the factory looking at bats and looking for a way to find anything to give him a little bit of an edge made me chuckle. I'm guessing Joc is still on the search for that edge.... and can't find it at the Louisville Slugger factory, haha. Joc's a .228 career hitter who averages 23 HRs a year. Williams, a career .344 hitter who averaged 27 HRs/year in his career...... averaging fewer games/year.
