I will send a link of the best 4x4 stock body pull. This truck flies into the dirt rim way past the full pull line when I connect to a charger. You will take these words back considering the fact this is a huge supercharged, turbocharged, 2 stroke detroit with 30 feet of leverage. Physics knowledge instead of all go and long gears is the smart way to win. This link is the holy sh*t way to win after edit

I too have always enjoyed the sound of the six cylinder two stroke diesel engines whether it's 71 or 92 series. The Detroit 6v71 especially in the GM Old Look Bus. I felt so good I would laugh when I heard it. How about a Detroit 6inline71 in a Crown School Bus and the engine was "straight piped". The 6v92 in a truck and the engine is straight piped. I can also imitate the engine in a bus with an automatic transmission too.

This is true. My friend found a orange long bed Dodge d50 from 81 sitting in a field he inherited from his dead uncle. He even had the title an keys in the house. We got it running. It had a slant 6 Plymouth engine in it from 1971. It was louder than 2 gay bulls having a hook an beller. Could hear it coming for 5 miles away. It was oddly really good on gas. Ran perfect constantly, and we dubbed it the lil general Lee. An before we even both put 100 miles on it, my buddies girlfriend painted Lil Bastid General Lee on the eggshell white roof top. It was a solid straight bodied normal lil truck. Til ya see the roof. An then ya hear where it got such a name. Even with 2 mufflers and a new set of 3 port headers with new pipes, still loud as hell an blows any and all guts outta mufflers within 2 weeks.

Sounds like and old two stroke Detroit. TOUGH engine. Driver is on top of his game as well. 👍

That’s the only thing it can be to sound like that.. no diesel turns that rpm so it’s gotta be poppin on every stroke

@Rick Delair I drove a 1967 Chevy C80 truck, it had a 6V53 Detroit rated at 160 horsepower and factory set at 2800 RPM someone turned it up to 3400 RPM very loud engine

@Rick Delair Those old lawn boy two stroke mowers are awesome. Not even 2 feet of grass could make em quit

Probably a factory turbo and supercharged combo detroit. Not fast but alot of raw power.

They're all "supercharged" but not in the way you think. They have roots type blowers for exhaust gas scavenging, almost no "boost". Also,it's rather obvious this engine ain't turboed. Just listen to it. When one of these is turboed, you don't get that raw crackle crackle sound in the exhaust note. Also absolutely no turbo whine.

A 2stroke diesel can’t function with out some kind of forced air supercharger to do the air scavenging
