Good times !!! I used to love doing this in my 79 supercharged k10 with a 350, TH400, I swapped in Dana 60 front, and 14 bolt FF Army axles Detroit locked rear, w/ 4.56 gears, on 38" Super Swampers !!! Although Dodges, and the stout 440 are very cool. Chances are, he had to go home shortly after and swap another trans in this one !!! Transmissions have killed Dodge even into today's times... Def Cool truck, and vid tho !!!

Ram has one of the best transmissions on the market today with the ZF. Look at GM if you want to see bad transmissions in today's trucks

Prolly has a 727 in it....there good trannys in running one putting 400hp threw it with 40inch boggers and 32bolt beadlocks never had a issue...tipical Chevy guy all but hurt lol....only good auto trans Chevy made was a th350 and 400

The transmission narrative is played out and completely false. Stop spreading lies and bullshit, although it’s possible you’re a lib so.....anyway, Dodge/Chrysler transmissions are some of the best out there, sure some factory parts in the 90’s were subpar but that doesn’t make the trans garbage. Fact.
