Brother you should once if possible ask your father to concern some people in your cast. And ask them that you need minority certificate from them. I think they'll definitely issue that and your problem will solve easily

Brother check the expiry date of that income certificate for eg: If its 31st march 2021 then its not applicable but if its expiry date is 31st march 2022 then you can use it before march 2022

Actually domicile certificate is proof of your indian nationality...So you have to give yours only in college. It will take 2 - 3 days to make domicile certificate. Visit to any tehsil around you
