Aap jis niyam k bare mein kehe rahein hain us barain sirf hunain hi yaad rakhna hota hai, police k paas shayad puri jankari pahuchti nahi hain, isliye police apni manmani kar sakti hain. Sare niyam humare liye aur police galti kare to humare paas kya prawadhan hain unka virodh karne k liye?

Sir lmv nt licence se taxi cab chala sakte hai. Accident honey per insurance claim me koi pareshani to nahi hogi

Three problems found right now in digilocker mapping. 1. Learning Licence not mapped. Sincerely speaking LL must be PDL to save time and lengthy DL process. When a person sit on driving seat is termed as driver. No test required when a person drive vehicles on the way to all types of roads colony pockets and busy traffic road with local and authorised parking need not to go for DL test. Save petrol diesel. 2. Family vehicles RC not mapped within family. 3. In DL (LL) due to column space of two words like my name parents name is written in initials with surname not matched with Aadhaar PAN or voter id. Parents name should be in full name. Therefore registration software have to make software update atleast for four words or say 40-52 characters (Alphabets) for complete parents name, and complete name of DL applicants if any space issues problems. These two - three features badly needed by digilocker users and update in traffic police records.

Under Rule 139 of CMV Rules 1989 within 15 days of challan/demand of papers you can produce those documents before the demanding authority.Penalty u/s 177 can be imposed only after non production of documents within the stipulated period not before that

Now a days most RTOs do not provide RC/DL in physical format. We have to download them. In case of impounding what is the way out, as you have mentioned: in that case we need to produce these documents in physical format. You haven't mentioned the remedy
