On my domicile its written that its certificate of Age Nationality and Domicile so Nationality and domicile cert are same right?

Sir i am student 2023 passout but due to some problem i didn't received my scholarship yet so college are not giving marksheet and tc untill college fees is paid...please suggest what should i do in this case please sir

You will have to pay the fees. No other option. See if you can get the scholarship or if possible a loan too.

As I mentioned in the video, send a mail to their official email id asking for the transfer certificate. If they reply we do not provide that, the mail should be sufficient proof.

I have done my own startup for past 2 years, do I need to produce Gap certificate too?

You need a validity too. If it is mentioned on the certificate itself, great, or else make a validity certificate too.
