Join us for a unique Mindset documentary from the NN Running Team and find out more about the role mindset plays in performance, how athletes deal with adversity and which role the team plays in creating a good mindset.
The NN Running Team was launched in 2017 to provide athletes with access to better coaching, medical care and additional athlete support services. Since its inception its athletes have run world records, won Marathon Majors, and claimed Olympic and world titles. Among its star athletes include; Eliud Kipchoge, Joshua Cheptegei, Letesenbet Gidey, Yalemzerf Yehualaw & Geoffrey Kamworor.

    That's what is the difference betweeen good athletes and great/elite athletes, elite athletes are always willing to learn and they always remember where they came from

    "If I don't actually rule my mind, then it will rule me." For a guy with limited English, Kipchoge expresses the profundity of his thoughts and beliefs very well. There's an economy of words, just as with running.

    @@_Tp___ I just meant Kipchoge not a native speaker, English is definitely a second if not 3rd or 4th language. Make it all the more impressive in my opinion.

    I see! Even still, as a maybe second or 3rd common language spoken, it’s so impressive. Some people who only speak English are still not to articulate such a thought. I guess I’m admiring his thought rather than his language use.
