brilliant stuff mate! my friend just got a fixed penalty notice for breaking social distancing guidelines. I have contacted the police on his behalf to contest the fixed penalty notice in a magistrates court. we want to defend by using ultra-vires....never done this before!! will this work and what should we expect? thanks
