In outsourcing they gave engineering post to art students.there must be a committee to look into these matters. Nepotism and corruption are spreading in ladakh like fire in the forest.

Same happened with us for the post of I T manager in IT Secretariat ... in our case after being interviewed for more then half an hour when the results were declared secretly we asked them for our marks they said your name is not in the list of interviewed candidates.......

Morlaity is taught at the very childhood. So, whole community should work more for honesty, genuineness, authenticity and morality.

We should stop favoritism n nepotism in new UT ladakh..

Like this we are not getting the best human resources at the best post. That's why we will not have any development at all. Is very sad to hear it.

Same happened with MTS and data entry operator.. They didn't displayed any results.. Difference is these doctors dare to raise voice ..thanks to you guys.. Keep your work..

Same case happened with NHM recruitment last December. Many deserving candidates are left in ruins. A thorough RTI needs to be filed at the earliest.

Everybody is taking this issue so leniently because of which, we are facing such a huge problem. We are youth, we can atleast let them know that, we are serious about it, and unless they gave us what we deserve, we shouldn't let them run the administration smoothly. Remember when our former CEC Gyal P Wangyal, who stood outside the LG office, unless they gave him the permission to get back the stranded students. We can at least do that, or else time has come to leave our hometown and search for job elsewhere. 😔

Yah it’s very good to raised the voice regarding this recruitment ..in Ladakh especially very rare post or vacancy will come out in every field ..why??? .. and also there is no justice n no transparency in Every job seeker ..plz we need transparency in every field ..

Outsourcing done by few Ladakh officers who are very corrupted. They have done same thing in many outsourcing recruitments. There are many corrupt kas officers.

Outsourcing is a big problem these days in ladakh....Why Students representative of Ladakh silent now a days in ladakh,We think they are just a puppets they should Resign from president n Vice president n other representative post .......If such Student representative wants political milege such type of student representative directly join to BJP,congres or AAP instead of spoiling carriers of different student ... no single recuirtmnt till date from the last 2 year in ladakh ......🤘🤘🤘🤘

Totally unfair, It all baised. I applied for the post of Electrical AE and I appeared in the interview also. Till date no such selected list for such post.

Same thing happened in bodhi post... Corrupted by k..A....

We all should raise our voice...... Transparency in selection of candidates is must......

There must be one reservation for both the district regarding NEET UG for govt medical college outside ladakh...Real competition will start and also realise how guts of hard work is require to became a doctor in ladakh😊😊😊

Last year same issue was with recruitment of AE &JE . UT govt hired Mohali based outsourcing company for hiring process. I my self having 3yrs experience in core field was rejected . On call interview was just a cake walk. Things will gonne b worst ....wait & watch....

Although I agree with the transperancy part, blatant allegation saying that undeserving candidates have got selected is unfair. @reachladakh kindly check with the authorities and expecting an unbiased follow up on this matter.

Reach Ladakh also mention about the candidates allotment seat for the MBBS in govt medical college outside ladakh after NEET UG...why there is still separate reservation policies for both the districts in UT Ladakh....What is the meaning of setting competitive exam? Why our youths are not able to compete with our kargil’s bother and sister? Indeed,real competition will start when our administration allow one reservation policy for both the districts.

If cec got the grievances of outsourcing earlier.. Then what actions he took on it? Is it exploitation of youth - outsourcing? Reach ladakh must interview bureaucrats who is involved in outsourcing?

CEC is just a normal councillor..he has no power to deal with all this things..even he can't conduct ssrb exam without permission of UT administration

Outsourcing is literally dangerous for ladakh both way for job seekers and employs.

I am saddened by the fact that people believe so easily in anything without knowing the reality. Most of the candidates recruited are graduates from govt colleges entered through facing competitive exams, having hands on experience of endless no of patients in govt setup, studying day and night to pass the exams. I also want to make it clear without hesitation that there is a huge difference in doing BDS from private and govt colleges.It’s a common sense considering india’s economic status of what number of patients prefer getting treated from govt hospital or private hospital and the no of exposure to different cases. And how difficult it is to get just the passing marks let alone the gold medal from a govt dental college compared to private colleges. I am aware people may write against me for differentiating govt and private graduates and I m not loving having to write about it, But it is necessary to make you aware of facts about majority of doctors recruited so that you won’t judge them wrong of their hard work when you go to the hospital tomorrow.

Sir could you please check the selection list once and let all the peoples know ,the who who got gold medal is from government University and yeah again we are not including all candidates and only few ,we have right to file against even for few and what about confidential result do you really think result should be confidential ,we are very happy for those all who got selected on the basis of experience and good marks and yes not all the private colleges are same ,there many reputed private colleges in India and if you don't know please call dental council of India and yes there is no rules till date don't consider private colleges marks and private colleges ranks ....so please write if you know what exactly happened ,yes there are people who got selected from private colleges with lesser marks and lesser experience and candidates left with more experience from government colleges and charitable hospital what about them ,here we not talking about government and private colleges ,we are just fighting for rights , transparency .

I agree results not displayed properly, terms and conditions not being clarified are genuine problems. However there are proper channels to approach for problems like yours, media should be the last resort to bring into public notice if things doesn’t improve in stipulated time. I really hope reach Ladakh would now cover whole part of what concerned authorities have to say on this.
