Doctor Who - The Second Doctor (Patrick Troughton)
Ойын-сауық
A celebration of the wonderful imagery and variety of the Second Doctor's era. A sadly inadequate tribute to the enormous contribution Patrick Troughton made (and makes) to Doctor Who.

My favourite Doctor. Boy he was good. Such a shame so many of his episodes are missing.
"There are some corners of the universe which have bred the most terrible things. Things which act against everything we believe in. They must be fought!" My favorite Dr Who quote.
The scene of Cybermen in front of St Pauls Cathedral is such an iconic image.Excellent tribute thanks for posting much appreciated.
"This is fantastic! I want to watch all of these stories right now!" "Most of them are incomplete or missing." "..." "AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!"
I love how you showed Ramon Salamander, one of the few lesser known enemies, and so masterfully played by Troughton. I love the Second, he's my favorite, and I love reading his scripts, for the missing episodes of course. I think the Second is underrated, and should get more love for his amazing portrayal.
I got the War Games a couple of years ago and liked him, I got The Enemy of the World today and I liked him even more! I really want to increase my collection of Troughton episodes so I hope to buy The Tomb of the Cybermen and the Web of Fear soon.
He and William Hartnell are the very best! This doctor was such a joy to watch, and Jamie and Zoe were some of the best companions.
Makes me sad he didnt live to see the 50th anniversary or the 2005 revival... A multi-Doctor adventure wouldnt be the same without him, and he's Matt's favourite Doctor and inspiration :(... It'd be like when Tennant met Davison...
The second Doctor was probably the best of all 11 of them. The Trout forever!!!
This is a really well done video. For newer Doctor Who fans that are not familiar with the the Second Doctor - it could even entice them to watch some of those old shows.
Brilliant, absolutely brilliant. Troughton was indeed fantastic.
2nd doctor was the original 11th
One of my favourite Doctors.
Patrick's Doctor is my 2nd favourite Doctor, beaten only by Matt Smith. 2's era is by far my favourite classic era and one of my favourite eras ever.
Well done.. a masterful trailer.. especially with such old and limited material.. well done
I wonder if the Doctor did have a giddy aunt.
A nuclear explosion just happened in my mind. Wow so epic!
Still my favorite doctor.
Well - the AUDIO is present for almost all of them. When the BBC went all Nazi on its old collections, the video is what got lost for quite a bit of them. Maybe more than half. Since the video quality is pretty low even for the intact ones, it's not too bad really.
in the doctors revisted on BBC America steven moffat said that smith liked him a lot and based his doctor on troughtons
Still my favorite doctor. Fantastic video btw
This is amazing! You got to keep on going and make on for Jon Pertwee and Tom Baker and...
Another winner!
amazing once again!
Great video. My favorite doctor. Us 2nd Doctor fans... UNITE!!!
Absolutely beautiful! XD
Glorious!
he reminds me a lot of matt smith in a way
what a good edit!
Give them 21st century technology, and they could've really given us a show! Still a great Doctor.
Now, THAT is fab!
0:45 Awww, look at em, Their little stubby Daleks with little Stubby lights on their head, They're like little robot puppy dogs. /)>3
great work.
to be honest, That was fucking epic. This video is a master piece im happy to see that it has 20 thousand + views really deserves it.
Epic!
.......Erm, fab!
the best doctor in my opinion.
This video is very cool. What's the music for it? Are there any more tributes in the works besides this, the First Doctor, and the Sixth and Seventh?
maybe a repetitive but do you know the name of the song?
you gave my no video
240pp for best quality :)
