Doctor Who / Steampunk Inspired Nail Design with Encapsulated Watch Parts

Hi everybody,
In this video, I'm gonna show you how to do a Steam Punk effect using watch parts. They are watch parts. Proper watch. I'm working on tip today. You can also create this look with an extension so you can use your acrylic to build out length as well. We're gonna get started by laying down some colours first of all.
I want to create an interesting background. I don't want it to just be about the watch parts. I want to have a nice, you know, pretty background. So, I'm gonna use Bronze Goddess. And then, I've also got Cosmopolitan. Look at that! And I've got gold dust. This is a gold glitter that's mixed with Clear Acrylic and then I have Honey Bronze. I also have Carnival in Venice. Then we're gonna use Berrylicious.
What a beautiful colour palette it is. It's beautiful! I'm going to now add a little bit of bling on because you know, gonna have a little bit of bling. It doesn't feel complete without the bling.
Adam also pointed out that this design has a bit of a look of Doctor Who, he is such a geek you know. haha

I agree Kirsty! A nail without bling is like an outfit without shoes. It just completes it.
You are the only youtuber who really gets excited over the glitters and colours u use and I have to say it’s great you make me want to watch and having Adam there as well is perfect the discussions and laughs u have together are fun. Most youtubers are quite boring to watch. So thank you to both of you. It’s good to have a laugh while watching my favourite youtuber.

I absolutely love steampunk, and I also love Doctor Who, but I'm not sure what would make these nails "Doctor Who nails"... but they look awesome. I think another steampunk nail would be awesome, or a set would be even better. Especially if it's a set with the typical colours, with browns, and copper, and bronze, and adding metallic foil. I think that would make a really nice steampunk set. This nail looked great too though, and it was a great video 👍

As a Whovian, if I were going for a Doctor Who or Gallifreyan nail design, I'd use royal blue rather than purple. After all the TARDIS is always blue, never purple. P.S. those "stone-y angels" are actually called weeping angels, and they are an alien race.

I do t think TARDIS Blue would have worked with the rest of the colour palette. I would LOVE to see a TARDIS Nail Design though!!
