Suspend only gives Haste to Creature Spells. Vehicles are not Creature Spells... referring to TARDIS coming off of suspend like 55ish minutes in.

I love that Gavin is all over these video from various channels. He's SO EXCITED to see people play with these cards.

Amy and Olivia jumping to Gavin’s defense was very sweet. It also a hundred percent proves the point that a perfect game of magic doesn’t exist and it never will.

Gavin explaining all the lore was fantastic

You can say a lot about wotc but I can’t lie I love seeing Gavin join a pod and get passionate about cards he helped create.

Very excited to see Amy and Gavin on the show! Amy is a blast, and I haven't seen her play in a while. And Gavin's love for Doctor Who has been awesome to see with this set release.

I think Olivia would genuinely enjoy Missy as a character. She makes a bunch of fancy metal people!

When olivia stole rose, rose gained menace and Amy only had one creature able to block so she was technically unable to block and actually lost the game.

The fact that i had this on in the background and looked over to see an unsleeved deck really hit deep

Gavin is truly living his best life.

Fantastic game, love seeing the new Doctor Who cards in action! Also, I love that Olivia chose to save K-9 with Snuff Out, even though it wasn't to her benefit, proving that even if she is a villain, at least she has some lines she won't cross.

Great game and great video. I will say it is awesome to see Gavin on a bunch of channels playing these decks, telling stories and explaining things. He is doing an awesome job with magic.

Olivia has some big Missy energy I could see Missy and Liliana chat over a spot of tea.

I love the stories, between Gavin's Dr Who, and Amy's Mushroom Tales!

Just to put it out there. Rose did get menace from The Beast, Deathless Prince and therefor would not have been blockable by Amy.

@Elder Dragon Hijinks: Interestingly enough, I know of two other universes where David Tennant was a villain: 1) Harry Potter, in The Prisoner of Azkaban 2) As the blue dragon called "The Iron Storm" in the animated series The Legend of Vox Machina Most people who don't know about Critical Role don't know about The Legend of Vox Machina, by the way.

@@EDHijinks : Yep. In fact, when Critical Role did their cast reveal about the actors and actresses they got to voice characters for The Legend of Vox Machina, many people were so shocked, they cried. Have you watched any of the long-play episodes from Critical Role Campaigns 1 or 2?

You can also watch Exandria Unlimited or Exandria Unlimited: Calamity to get a feel for the setting/world. However, both Exandria Unlimited and Exandria Unlimited: Calamity have different Dungeon Masters, with Aabria Iyengar DMing Exandria Unlimited, and Brendan Lee Mulligan DMing Exandria Unlimited: Calamity. Normally, the DM for Critical Role is Matt Mercer, who is a well-known voice actor, having played characters ranging from Leon S. Kennedy in Resident Evil 6 to Ganondorf in Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Matt has also done voice-acting in Fire Emblem, Overwatch, Titansfall, Pillars of Fire, and Fallout 4, among other franchises, as well as doing some voice-acting for recent Lord of the Rings games as well. I played with Paradox Power at CommandFest Saturday, totally forgot to draw from the bottom of my library with River Song lol. It was also really cool to get to see Olivia and Brian playing in person, even if i was too shy to say hi ha

Well there is "The Avatar of Me" from an unset. Not sure if Amazonian was referring to it or not but it's stats are based on the player who cast it. Height for power and shoe size for toughness.

Just looked that up and was slightly disappointed that it specified feet and American shoe size. Was looking forward to using centimeters and Korean shoe size. That said, American shoes have different numbers for men and women with the same size feet, so you reckon they'd let me use the Women's shoe size?

Who knew that the Amazonian was so high on mushrooms? Wait. That didn't sound right. 😉

I love all the thought and care that went into the flavor and art in these decks. So many incredible references and art pieces, but I feel a special nod is deserved for the art for Madame Vastra and Jenny Flint. I love that their art is of the same moment, just facing different perspectives.

I'm just dissapointed Olivia didn't take one of the displaced dinos and make Dalek Dinos

I love this set and now I need displacer dino in like everything. I played with these the other night and had so much fun, we had 4 fans at the table and it was just a ride remembering everything. I have both Amy and Elididhs decks and played Elididhs and ooh boy was it a lot of fun and soo many triggers

my deck is NAKED

Amy couldn't block rose, rose had haste and menace from the beast, and woulda died in that swing (16 from menace rose, 4 from shadowy vashta, 3 from menacing dalek.) but the dino shenan's was fun and amazing.

So is he 'Alistair, the Brigadier' because 'Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart' just wouldn't fit in the text box? I just find it odd. It was very rare to hear anyone call him 'Alistair' compared to any other combination of names he could have been called on the show.

Rose was not a copy of displaced dinosaurs, just made a 7/7. The copy was the Flesh Duplicant.

Olivia would make a good Dalek.

I need to ask Gavin why a Captain Jack card was not made, I will keep asking till I get an answer.

Fun fact, and no one should be expected to know this because it's such a stupid rules interaction: The Tardis coming off suspend does not have haste. Even if it entered as a dinosaur it still would not have haste. Suspend only gives creature *spells* haste which is just... So beyond in the weeds that its not funny.
