I am so glad that you appreciate the Time Warrior as it was the first Doctor Who book that I ever read. I actually read it twice and have watched the dvd of it many times over. The thing that I appreciate about the story is the imagination and care that went into the look and feel of the Sontarans. The book actually starts off with Linx perspective of things and his plight and then leads into the story proper.. Holmes really did a masterful job creating the Sontarans and I have already stated that they are my favorite Who monster/alien. This is the book that got me hooked on all things Sontaran. I am so jealous because I had that exact same book. :)

The only two novels I own are Doctor Who and the Zarbi and Doctor Who and the Ice Warriors. I found a whole lot of them at a local antique shop for very cheap, so I'm definitely buying some more! I've got my eye on a very crisp Doctor Who and the Planet of the Daleks. I'll probably never have as many as you though!

I actually started collecting the EDA's almost two years ago, and when I started it took me less than a year to get all of them, and I was so happy to start reading them from the beginning. I did read a few here and there, but like the one off stories that don't really have continuity to other books in the range. At this point I'm currently reading Dominion, which I think it's pretty interesting so far. My favorite of the range, which is also my new favorite Doctor Who book of all time, is "The Face Eater", I absolutely adored that book. My least favorite is "Dark Progeny". "Dark Progeny" started out pretty good actually, but then it just got so boring, and it doesn't really go any where for a majority of the book. I was also going to say "Beltempest" and "The Slow Empire", but "Beltempest" had a good lesson on free will. "The Slow Empire" is so odd, that it's intriguing.

There are a lot that you don't have, Edge of Destruction, Marco Polo, Planet of Giants, The Rescue, The Chase, either of the Daleks Masterplan books. Smugglers, War Machines, Power of the Daleks, The list is endless. I have every single one in paperback form, I bought most of them in the 80's and early 90's. I did however buy the recent City of Death , Resurrection and Revelation in Target form too.
