I’ve been trying my hardest to transform my body fat to a toned stomach for months and haven’t succeeded. After I watched this video I realised what I was doing wrong and I just have to focus don’t let my guard down, eat healthy and soon all effort will pay off. Keep it going everyone!!!

The most important thing is having a low enough body fat to be able to see your abdominal muscles, then just do some abdominal workouts for more defined and visible six pack

Working out won’t stunt growth as long as you’re safe, use small weight to avoid injuries, if you get a bad injury at a young age then it definitely could affect height

you could try a clean bulk, increase the calories you consume (not a lot, maybe like 400 calories) but with healthy food and hit the gym/do calisthenics. after that you can always cut to lost that few pounds of fat you gained with the bulk

not really, after you work out, your body is pretty active so it can break down that fat relatively easily

Look up a calorie calculator, find out how many calories you need, eat a bit less than that, exercise is good too but the main thing is keeping that calorie deficit

He says that burning 2-3000 calories is a lot but i do that fairly often. Mind you I am only 14, almost 15.

@@armlessdominik No. fat people generally have a slower metabolism. Meaning they will burn less calories over the course of the day. My metabolic rate is very fast so I would need to eat more calories per day. Hence the reason I am 100lbs as 5'5.

I get an exertion headache whenever i try to workout(mainly pushups) like when i try to push my limits it just kills me inside of my head😒😥, idk what to do, i do warm up, drink ample water etc. But its not going off please can anyone help me to overcome this? Im just a 19yo who wants to be fit😕😔

@@um4r_arf You will have to push for more tests. It could be nothing. Could just be too little sleep or a lack of Iron, but if you can push for more tests, push for it.
