That is not Chhthon. Pronounced as Ka-Thon. He wrote the Darkhold in the comics, at a hill similar to the one shown in the end of WandaVision

Yes, I also think Ka-thon will be the right pronunciation, I don't know about about this Chthon character of Marvel but this character is definitely inspired by HP Lovecraft's Cthulhu (pronounce ka-thoo-loo) which is also a kind of cosmic being/God.

This is my theory, Chthon was the main villain in MOM but they didn't show that. Those monsters in that mountain were his henchmen that's why they looked very much like him, The reason they bowed down in front of Scarlet Witch must have been that She was corrupted by Chthon through the Darkhold, she became some-how his herald or puppet. They should have showed this in the movie and included Chthon in the final battle. Doctor Strange + Wong + America Shavez + Scarlet Witch VS Cthton and his henchmen or army. Then it would have been the MOM we wanted.
