This is very informative thank you there is a method I use to help with my cholesterol which I do I 17 to 20 hours a day and when I do eat food it’s mostly vegetables and some carbohydrates. I lost 60 pounds and three months because of this method.

Nie jem płatków, bo mi po nich cukier skacze. Ale pkatki owsiane gotowałem, a błyskawiczne zalewałem wrzątkiem - nie wiedziałem, że mozna jeść na surowo. Muszę sprawdzić. Ps. Jem kilka orzechów po każdym posiłku. Od czasu jak to robię, zapomniałem o problemach z żołądkiem.

It is excellent advise, and l have started eating oatmeal too in the morning mixed in plain yoghurt with fruits. It feels good. I am just reflecting: The biggest challenge are the fruits l use, especially the berries. Here in Australia with all fruits has been tempered, and there is almost no organic soil, only in the Mountain forests. Lately they have manipulated even the bananas in laboratories. Everything is grown artificially, and has no taste, but is super big, bigger, and bigger. What l mean to say is, that here it is hard to know, what vitamins, and minerals are in everything grown by man. So, l am sceptical of what l am actually consuming when l eat fruits, or any foods. And l cannot buy only “organic” foods, as they are as expensive as gold, and for example are no different from the supermarket ones : zero fragrance, zero taste but 10 times in prize. The best are still the farmers Markets, but even the Farmers have gold prizes, and one does not know, what chemicals they use, as they don’t say anything, how their products are grown. 😢 But of course we have to eat, so we try to eat as good as we can, and your advise, your suggestions are gold.
