I always hated having to shake hands, even pre-pandemic, so I really hope they are a thing of the past. You don't know where the other person's hand has been prior to you shaking them. When he was talking about the screaming it reminded me of something that happened to me as a kid. I've had trypanophobia as long as I can remember and when I was somewhere between three or five, I personally don't remember the incident so I don't remember the year, but a doctor was trying to give me a shot, and I already had my mom holding down one of my arms and two other doctors holding down my other arm and my other leg, so when the doctor got on my leg to give me the shot in my thigh I freaked out and lifted her up off the ground. And she was pregnant at the time so she obviously was a little freaked out after I did that. But she got down and I got the shot.

You, talking about screams in the office. Me, remembering that one time I was in the ER, and the person in the curtain area next to me, had to have a pair of scissors removed from their foot. There were many screams there as well.

That lady yelling across the neighborhood during the pandemic is so funny. I sometimes still yell out, i love you sweetheart, out of my car window to my child as she walks into school....and she's a freshman at college. 😂 If i dont embarass her sometimes, then im not doing my job as a parent.

“It’s child anxiety and normal to scream and be nervous at the doctor” I’m 25 and I’m still terrified of the doctors office. I guess I never grew up

Flashback of me in 5th grade screaming while being held down by 4 nurses and my mother to get a shot. Still afraid of needles in high school but have to get bloodwork regularly so now I just hyperventilate like crazy.

My husband was a medic in the late 80s. 6:41 had him laughing as back then there was no HIPAA to violate.

The fear thing of thinking you did something wrong is also felt by other health practitioners as well. Not to the degree of malpractice like a Doctor who can literally...kill...someone. But that horrible gut feeling that you could possibly have done something wrong to a person is sickening. And the sweet, sweet releif when you realize they loved your treatment and all is well.

I was honestly very surprised when he said “I don’t know if this is a real doctor or not’ on Dr.Youn Md 😂 lol-

I just recalled one of the most embarrassing moments in my life, and it had to do with an implant (not sure if it was saline or not though). My friend and I were going to see my godmother, and as we're walking up the stairs to her door, we see this thing on the stairs. It looked like a strange plastic bag, and being curious we picked it up. What ensued was a short, almost skit-like situation of us going "Eww, you take it, no you take it", and passing it back and forth. Turns out it was my godmothers and it had fallen out. I don't remember why she had it though, it was like... 15 years ago, maybe a little longer.
