It’s a kick start !! I thought mine was broken too , you kick start and press the right throttle and you will move

You have to push it from 3 to 7 while youre on the scooter then press right console down and keep it there or down till ur faster.

Hi. I have that scooter. There is a break on the steering wheel and the back. You were pressing the break. On my scooter it makes the same noise when I press it. It is not broken. You have to give it a powerful kick and then hold the "RIGHT" button. The left one is the break but you can also use the break above the motor.

Are the two rear lamps only for night lights or should the one on the right also work when braking? Thanks!

It's the worst scooter ever. Very cheap. My deck snapped and my friends did also.

How to change the mph to km

Press + and - simultaneously then push the light button till you go to p3 setting. After you are on the p3 setting press the + once or twice until the screen shows 1 then press + and - again simultaneously until you are on the main screen and you are ready to go:) Also the right one is the throttle and the left one the brake.

its a kick start

You need to push it 1st while standing on it

You have to push it till 4 km/h and then the motor works

If its still plugged into the wall it wont start up

@@lusv4316 it don't mean that even the manufacter in Austria who made them couldn't fix the E3 they got no Idea offered me full refund they made them but no idea what E3 means

@@markhughes5033 This means “Abnormal hall signal from motor”. In the vast majority of cases, it is the motor cable that needs to be re-connected. Do the following: 1- Unplug the motor extension cable both from the motor and controller. Plug it back in again with the arrows aligned and pushed all the way in

Yes sure but off the record i have tray and tray again...

Right thumb control is throttle and left is brake. You might need to hold the throttle and push it to actually start the motor.
