Is it willpower or it is the weirdness of culture? An American might react like, what, who me? Or, really!? Or, hell, yes! Americans have this cultural idea of "getting lucky." Apparently, that's not honorable in Japan. (I've noticed that anime guy characters who are down with "getting lucky" are generally portrayed as scumbags.)

She sees him more as a brother and hence teases him .Also she thinks Lori is cute but as the story progress we see that she values Aina and loris relationship so it's fair to assume Lori did the right thing . It can be assumed that even if azusa was ready for sleeping with him only if he really wanted to ,it was more to tease him and see how he responds probably testing if he is fit for Aina or not . Also Azusa did mention that she likes shinji tokita .
