I made this device for my laminating router, and now I use it in all projects with 45° fittings. The speed and perfection that this jig brought me places me in the top positions of the jigs I've ever made. A very simple and easy project for anyone who wants to reproduce.

Interesting but what does that have to do with making a perfect "Joint"? The wood is already joined. All you are doing is adding an embellishment to the joint. 🤔🤔

I don't know about you but I've found that my work greatly improves by the quality of the jigs I use. If I can gain better control, accuracy, and precision I usually get better results. How about you?

The difficult part is not even showed.....how to do perfect dovetails stick
I made a jig a while back... but I admit I like yours better... thanks and God bless
"Do you still struggle with perfect joints?": No. I'm sixty five. I have no perfect joints. I struggle with imperfect joints. (except the ones I roll)
I like the idea. Usually use a big on the table saw for splines, so will give this a shot
Clever idea. Works great. Nice job.
Excelente jig, Will! Fantástico trabalho! 😃 Abraços e se mantenha seguro aí com sua família! 🖖😊

The idea is that the better control you have over your tools the better the outcome.

Bell'idea, consente di fare la coda di rondine che al banco sega non si può fare, almeno non con la stessa faciltà. Però le spine trapezoidali come le hai fatte ?
Legal. Campinas SP 10/09/23
I would change the design to make the stand a corner clamp. So it really is creating joints not adding emblems
Top parabéns

How did you cut the splints for the joints?
@robertgeorgemiller278

Slight detail ignored - cutting the dovetail splines !!! Which miraculously fit perfectly.
Title is absurd. “Corner spline placement cutting jig”. I use a similar jig, but on the table saw. No tear out like router causes. Much cleaner.
👍🏻👍🏻

Где информация о суставах ?😢
stopped the video as soon as I realized there was no narration or dialog KZread needs a separate section for silent films, or to just ban them outright

Your "jig" won't even sit square to the box you made...
@ginogenero7972

I noticed this too but for the way it's being used, a perfect 45° doesn't seem absolutely necessary, I suppose. Would be better to clamp to a 90° corner wide enough to align both legs simultaneously during glue up.
What was the video really about?
انا عندي قناه ممكن استازنك تشوفها
There are far easier ways to do splines
Title is a bit misleading but the idea is good if you want to do chunky splines. Do them a bit deeper if you want to offer some better stability to your boxes and never sand across the grain or you will get scratchmarks
Clickbaity and nothing to do with jointing.
kind click bait their, all your joints were spot to begin with dont see how your jig helped you make any of box joints only help fit dovetail ties to edges
Des is ned schlaecht.
Translation is awfull. In Croation this video name is something like: you still have fight with your perfect articulus?!?
Way too much time on your hands! Stop wasting time and money on wood and buy a dovetail jig, you can even use the router bit you’ve got.
Me likey.
