Do You Remember Buena Park Mall?

Buena Park Downtown, formerly Buena Park Mall, is an enclosed shopping mall located on La Palma Avenue in Buena Park, California, United States, near Knott's Berry Farm. Currently owned by Coventry Real Estate Advisors,[2] the mall is anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross Dress For Less, TJ Maxx, and Walmart with one vacant space last occupied by Sears.
As of 2007 it is the 20th largest mall in Orange County, with around 1,100,000 square feet (100,000 m2) of retail space. It has languished in sales, however; at $123 million, it brings in half of other malls its size, such as WP Glimcher's Westminster Mall and Westfield MainPlace.

Not true. There was a SG Musicland near Pennys, but there was also. Wherehouse near where Miller’s Outpost used to be. Also, Tower was there after they left the Beach/Lincoln location. They took over Longs Drugs for a short time.

Circuit City was actually across the street. I remember buying a couple of TUBE TV sets there. And Fedco, being a regional chain, set the stage for its demise given the amount of dough they dropped to renovate and convert the old May Co site into its discount format. Wal-Mart opening its Cerritos store that same year didn’t help either.

In the Mid 60's there was the Copper Penny Restaurant at the Mid Entry to the Mall from the Parking Lot. I think that was the only eating place in the Mall at that time. My Mom worked at the Sears in the Credit Dept. downstairs, so I was at the Mall couple times a week. There was also a Carmel Corn stand just inside that Mid Entry walkway, the smell was AWESOME.

Wow this mall is small and all it’s stores basically closed I feel so bad for the mall hopefully it keeps thriving well even with no real mall anchor tenants. I have a suggestion about a mall you should do can you do the history of forest fair village formally Cincinnati mills which is in Ohio. I never been but the mall is abandon and super colorful. Like it would literally looks like the friendliest mall you’d bring your child to. The decor is super weird, no one is inside, and they have a pbs kids playground which I would’ve loved. Surprisingly it’s still open the only store opened in the mall are an arcade and a bass pro shop. I think the kohl’s might be open but think moved out already. Anyways plz do a history for this one. Also look at some pics you’ll see how weird/ unique it is. Have a great day 😃
