Congrats to Kyrie and the Mavs...a very tough well deserved series win. I just want to make sure I make this STATEMENT...let's not forget that when Kyrie got TRADED to Dallas the "KYRIE HATE MEDIA" said it wasn't going to work. They said that Kyrie was too much of a headache, too much of a problem, a distraction and he and Luka can't play enough defense together. Also, that KYRIE and LUKA can't win on a high level together...LET'S NOT FORGET THEY SAID THAT! He's older and has more responsibilities now. He's the veteran leader, he's focusing a lot more on defense, and OKC was making it real tough for him on both ends of the court. Back in Cleveland, his only responsibility was score; and nobody expected the Cavs to win so there wasn't much mental pressure.

Its kind of common sense, on pick and rolls he got hard hedged and blitzed the entire series and they sent help when he tried to go 1 on 1 most of the time. Against the warriors he didn’t get blitzed nearly as much, they guarded him one on one for the most part.
