Growing up in the 2000s and 2010s, the Twilight series was a major part of my surrounding cultural fabric. I have always loved the books and I really enjoy watching the first movie. Naturally when the Colourpop announced a Twilight collection comprising eyeshadow and lip oils, I very nearly fell out of my chair!
As expected, it went out if stock almost instantly but I was able to get my hands on it because Colourpop has done a major restock on their website. I quickly filmed this video (to provide accurate swatches in daylight, demos) so that it reaches you in time in case you've been contemplating getting anything from the collection.
Besides some minor critique, this collection is fantastic in my opinion and I would be doing Colourpop a major disservice if I didn't mention just how impressed I was with the overall aesthetic of the collection, and the attention to detail.
Colourpop is an affordable brand which puts out exciting, affordable makeup, and I can't help but love their stuff for these and many more reasons.
