My kids are 2 years 3 months apart so I did opt for the double stroller. I thought it was strange that "official" configuration is that the baby is further away from me. So I did it the way I wanted. Baby in front and toddler in the rumble seat. The rumble seat does have a 35 lb weight limit so while we only used it for a short time, it was still nice to have for walks especially during the pandemic.

I have the uppa baby vista and I love it- hoping to get by with just the single stroller when my second baby comes! Going to get the kick board (My kids will be three years apart).

So true 6 months makes a huge differens. Mine are almost exactly 2 years apart and the first 6 months we used the dubbelstroller a lot and really needed it. But now less and less. I had the singel stroller still so use that one now mostly and a standing board for big sister.

I love my vista I got it as a floor sample so I got a really good deal on it. The double stroller attachment without the rumble seat so when going into stores in winter that I knew I would be a while in I could bring the baby in in her car seat and transfer her to the stroller with less hassle. It also has a kick board for older children. I also baby wore using a wrap and than I now have a Lenny lamb that I love. The material is hand woven and they make them to order in Poland.

I know you don’t have to disassemble everything to fold it up & you can also put the newborn seat up top while having the rumble seat too. Hope this helps xx

Hey, love the video! Thought I'd mention you actually do not have to completely disassemble the whole stroller. If it is front facing you can fold it up without the second seat but you can keep the board on. I owned so many vistas between 2013-2018. They have all been fabulous!

When I give birth to baby #2 my daughter will be 3. I decided to get a double stroller because my daughter will sometimes get tired while we are doing long outings and she would rather sit in the stroller to relax. For the longest time I thought I was going to get the uppa baby but I can’t deal with how huge it is and how much it takes up a car. I decided to go with a compact double stroller (Zoe Lux) and Im so excited. I’m also going to get a seated board attachment for my 3yr old if I want to use our Nuna stroller for when baby #2 is still an infant.

We have the UV2, will be having 2nd baby soon & they’ll be 20months apart. I knew we wanted more than 1 child sooner than later, & We love going to farmers markets, festivals etc.. so that’s the reason why we went with the double stroller when I was pregnant w/ first

for double strollers the only 2 i like to use. for a side by side with good storage- bugaboo donkey. for a small footprint and agility- the nuna demi grow. demi grow is my favorite overall but for some a side by side makes sense like for twins or when you dont have to worry about narrow street or doors

I do love our Uppababy Vista, got it in 2019. Our climate is cold, so I like the option of strapping the kids in the stroller with their footmuffs, rather than having to dress my oldest in a full snow suit everytime. And I enjoyed the Uppababy footmuffs. They can keep your child warm in -20°c (-4°f) weather. I have used it down to that temperature, and my daughter stays warm.

My kids are 22 months apart and we didn’t need a double stroller. We had two and it was nice for the few times we did use it. But it definitely wasn’t worth the money for how often we used it. We had a bugaboo donkey and a double Bob. Both amazing strollers and I loved them. But a good single stroller with a ride on board made a lot more sense for us.

I’m 18 and don’t plan on having kids for a very long time but I just love Suzan 😂🤍

I do a lot of big outings alone and my son gets tired even though he is older so we chose to get a double 👍🏻

Some of your points you would not know if you got the double stroller when you had your first (like the fact that he would master a scooter). We got our double knowing we were going to have two close in age. But also we didn’t know about a pandemic we expected to be traveling and going out much more with both kids. That didn’t happen. So we don’t use the double now. Hope to use it more this summer

I thought I didn't need a double stroller since I have a 4 year old but my son kept falling asleep in the car and when I have appointments or to pick things up I would be stuck putting him in the bottom basket and the kiddo on top. needless to say I got a lot of looks from my child passed out in the storage basket hahah. Plus my son always asks to ride in the stroller now.

The hello mocking bird stroller is the same but better , cheaper , it folds with the two adapters on and you can put the car seat in front of you and the adapter behind

I’m shocked that your friend hasn’t purchased the vista rumble seat at this point. That is a great way to have the infant on top especially if you aren’t using the bassinet.

Hi there! It may be bcuz the rumble seat is smaller and only fits on the bottom, the larger seat wont fit on the bottom of the stroller and her child is 2 years old. They prob wont fit the rumble. I dont like that the UB Vista didnt think about this and still hasnt resolved such a HUGE issue. For the price you think they would have by now... The SMALLEST baby has to be on the BOTTOM? Yeah, um No lol.... for alternatives ladies, try the peg perego z4 or baby jogger city 2 eco or even Graco has a good one too. 👍

@@royabebe3515 wow really shows how much you know about strollers.. or kids.. my son and niece are 2.5 and easily fit in the rumble seat. It holds 35 pounds. Most people find this stroller useful for shopping with 2 kids close in age with the car seat on top and rumble seat on bottom. Huge shopping basket! If you have a larger age gap between kids the city mini or jogging side by sides are much better. The fabrics and quality of graco don’t even come close to even compare to the vista. And tho the vista has many adapters for each seat or car seat they are incredibly easy to put on. The peg perego adapters have to be put on when folded and can be very difficult if you have screaming kids around.

@@royabebe3515 also my point was that this configuration that this mom used is typically used with the included bassinet on the bottom position with the toddler seat on top. And it does stink that you can’t put the bassinet up top.

There is a lot of misinformation about the Vista in this video. You don't have to take the whole thing apart to fold it up. You can put the infant carseat at the top closer to mom and the toddler seat at the bottom. You do not have to buy adapters to attach the infant seat at the top..

Im pregnant with my second (c section scheduled for April 6) and my son will be 20 months then. I have a double stroller but am trying to figure out if we should get the Doona stroller for the new baby even if we have a double stroller already. Do you think it's still worth it if I already have a double stroller and a single stroller from my first born?

So long as the infant seat you purchase snaps onto one of the strollers you already have, I don't think the doona would make a difference

I had NO idea the vista doesn’t let you put the infant seat facing you. That’s ridiculous. I own the Evenflo pívot xpand double stroller and it’s a third of the price of the vista and lets you put baby in infant seat facing you. It’s amazing - and it comes ready for 2 kiddos right out of box. Highly recommend

I had the vista and I used to have the car seat on top. Not sure why she does it like that. 🤔 but yes you can have the baby facing you 👍🏻

you dont have to take it all apart t o fit in the trunk if her car is smaller then my toyota corrola then ok but mine fits you just put the infant car seat in the car put the toodler in there big boy seat and why does she have the toodler seat first i put the infant and then the toodler

I got it and it is so bulky!!! So freaking hard to go through doors!! It is like rolling around with a tank lmao. But it is what I have, already spent over 1k on it… so I have no other choice but to keep happily scratching my walls and doors all over my house. Wonderful experience with this tank 😂👍.

the bars really noy that bad, its actually nice to be able tp put the diaper bag to the back, use the bar to keep it seperated then load up the front of the basket.

If she had bought the rumble seat she could have put the car seat closest to her
