They can’t stand it when we record , I remember before auditing and the like watching road wars ect and the police strutting around ,hands in their vest ,sunglasses on for the camera crew ( incidentally the cameraman more often than not could run faster than the police even with a camera on his shoulder) and when people objected to being filmed they were told by the police we are in public they can film ,well the shoes on the other foot now.

The female cop was the worst tyrant in this: 1 - *"I've just heard you calling him names"* - Except he didn't. The BID Warden said to Reggie *"She's a very young female, so I wouldn't recommend filming them being searched"* insinuating the obvious, repeated his insinuation by saying *"They're underage,"* and then said *"It's a bit strange,"* so Reggie replied *"You're a bit strange, have you seen your hair? What a quiff on that."* Calling the BID Warden strange is exactly what he called Reggie, and commenting on his hair is not an insult either. 2 - *"You've stopped me from doing my job"* - Reggie didn't stop anything. You stopped yourself. You could simply ignore Reggie and get on with your job. 3 - *"If you want to record, do it quietly."* - He can make as much noise as he wants in a public place. 4 - *"Right, can you just be quiet."* - Giving directives and getting annoyed with Reggie because he concurred with the searchee's right to remain silent. 5 - *"I'm not the one that's bothering you, you're bothering me, I'm trying to do my job, and and you're obstructing me"* - Again Reggie is not obstructing anything. 6 - *"Let me do my job! You're filming me, but I'm taking details of these young girls, and you're filming it"* - Raising her voice because she's angry. Insinuating the same point as the BID Warden by specifying they are young girls again. Getting annoyed at Reggie because he's legally allowed to film what he wants. As he said, you have to create your own privacy. 7 - *"I was busy doing my job. I didn't witness anything. You were butting in. I didn't see him do this"* - Yet at the start, you clearly said you heard Reggie call the BID Warden names, yet couldn't name the insult when he asked you, so just said *"Something about his hair."*

Wrong. You can’t make as much noise as you want. This comes under anti social or public order. Noise in certain places or late is not allowed. If police are doing a job and you are obstructing with lots of noise this is also not allowed. The rest was pretty much accurate.

@@cruiseylee You're mixing up things. Inappropriate loud noise is anti-social and can lead to fines etc. But lots of noise is not obstruction. Think of police making an arrest in the middle of a noisy march. Are they going to arrest the whole crowd for obstruction? There is no way you can obstruct verbally. Not unless the police are so incompetent that they can't get on with their jobs and can't ignore the noise and feel that they need to respond.

I don't know what's more dangerous, doing this in America with forever l trigger happy cops or in the UK where you can be arrested for rude tweets (if cops hate mean tweets they really hate being filmed).
