It’s heart melting how the girls are so supporting towards each other. I think shes okay, she held her self together like glue. Coming from once being in that place of feeling like death is a option to just put life on pause, I eventually resorted to just sleeping. Unfortunately now im at that point in life where I sorta feel rejected, although I finally managed to get a job! Im proud of that. Im 18 going on 19 after my trama Ive realized that life’s definitely going to challenge you and reward however and whenever it wants to. But as long as you keep waking up and going, you will find out that you’re alright. I think shes on a similar path, shes gone through so much yet still hasn’t given up. She knows her issues wont be forever, she knows she has a future. Its all in the matter of playing the waiting game. I hope shes okay

She is a person, I'd really like to get to know. I think it's, because I can relate to that struggle to some extent. Having a goal, but not bring able to archive it or at least having a lot of trouble doing so, is so frustrating. I think it's so easy to blame oneself for that, but I hope she knows that that doesn't change her being someone deserves to be loved, by herself as much as by other people. All the best to her and to everyone else

I love the fact that they never had a close up of woman 4 at the end to respect her complex about her scar, and kept the focus on her as a person instead of her image. Im sure everyone, including me, were curious about what her scar looks like, but the way she was filmed felt very sensitive and respectful.

Firstly, the guy is simply adorable for listening to these women. It sucks that he has to judge them, in a sense, but I don't feel like he dislikes their insecurities... rather he picked the ones that he could relate with the most. I imagine that he, himself, also has insecurities. This is kind of refreshing overall because I think everyone has insecurities about themselves... even people who one would consider to be extremely beautiful.

honestly agreed. i believe every person has insecurities, whether it may be big or small. I think people who act arrogant all the time, all high and mighty, or all narcissistic are truly the most insecure ones. although i'm saying this from experience, everyone needs a person to rely and lean on in tough situations, even if you don't like them. we have to be there for each other in the toughest situations, not try to kill each other. we are all vulnerable and have insecurities that will lower our self-esteem, for some others, it's hard to speak up about their insecurities, so when a person speaks up about their insecurities, i believe that we should listen, support and help them all at the same time instead of writing negative comments. too many people in this world are getting hurt daily.

When I read the title I was a little uneasy but after actually watching the video it was quite a positive experience for me, and I think, the people involved as well. Being so honest about their fears and intrusive thoughts and bad memories, and saying things you wouldn't normally say to strangers, it was so refreshing to see others garner the courage to do so. I felt like I gained a good grasp of their personality in just the few minutes of talking, something that is hard to do even spending hours of time together in real life. I wish I could be as brave as them.

This is absolutely incredible, one of the most original ‘social experiment’ videos I’ve ever seen.

What's sad is that I bet she only believes it's rough because bullies couldn't find anything to tease her with, and chose to tease her with something she can't "truly" hear. When you hear your own voice, it's different from how others hear it, unless you listen to a recording of you speaking normally to someone.

it’s not about picking the most “favorable” insecurity in the sense that youre dating the insecurity. this man finds that he identifies with one woman more based on her experiences in life, and that is how it should be anyways. hes not picking on her or picking on the others, hes just relating to her and bonding over something they can relate too. i think these women are grown up enough to know that he doesnt mean to pick on them by not relating to them. it’s not his fault he has similar experiences to one girl and not the others.

yes exactly!! i mean i can see the value in the comments critiquing about potentially worsening insecurities but it was a very interesting idea, and he never, ever made it seem like he was rejecting based on the favorability or whatever of insecurities, he was empathetic all the way through and picked the one he could relate to most.

i miss solfa's videos. odg is nice, but solfa's video concepts revolving around adults was more fun to watch.

I think some people missed the point, one, they wouldn’t have signed up and talked about their insecurities if they weren’t comfortable talking about it. And two, the whole point is to normalize the fact that everyone has insecurities, and instead of it creating barriers, the vulnerable environment it creates can open up to a more deeper connection.

COMPLEX 8 Complex Idk if you use your channel, but maybe it would be a good idea to start if you disagree with the way things are done in this platform. Or start your own thread to discuss the issues you see with the video/channel. It could create a much needed conversation about SK, others experiences there, etc. There is nothing wrong with constructive criticism as long as it’s productive and not accusatory. I think these types of videos are much more intense and valuable over the ones about makeup vs. without, because of the vulnerability and personality shared. You can find a match and go for coffee after the show after you match based on something trivial, but to choose someone to talk to based on their life so far helps build that bridge to connect with someone so much better.
