this really helped alot(: i am a rising freshman and i started playing lax a year ago so im still trying to learn good defensive positioning since i just started playing defense instead of attack like 6 months ago thanks!!

this helped me alot cuz im playing lax and it sorta gave me an idea of what position ill play because my friend thinks i might play wing or attack and id rather play defense cuz thats what i played in soccer

Introduced the ABCD's to our U15's. "A is? they say"Attack!", should be fun to see where we go from here. Thanks for this video. My HS players know this by heart and play great D!

There is contact in girls lacrosse, not as much as in boys lacrosse but there is. The defense position is a good one for contact.

first question, are you at Friends school?? and Becky clip is the lacrosse coach of Catonsville high school!! im thinking about going there, and i have met her! she has taught me too :).

My daughter plays box lacrosse, and says that she isn't interested in girls field due to the fact that there isn't any contact. Is this correct? What could I tell her, to possibly give girls' field a chance?

im a little confused because what i heard seemed a little contradicting. You said you dont want to get called for a foul if your standing on top of your man right? however you said engage or mke contact and make her go a certain way, well doesnt that require you to stand basically on her inorder to get enough power to make her go the way you do? Im helping my lil cuz out with girls lacrosse and i play mens lacrosse and I dont want to misinform her. im trying to figure out whats legal or not

depends on your age, at 6th or 5th, you can modify check, which means it HAS to be under the waist
