We don't have soya granules in the UK...is soya mince ok and can I use cornstarch instead of potato starch?

Yes, you can definitely use ground soy And instead of potato starch, you can also use corn starch Have a nice day

Does anyone have a suggestion for replacing the soy granules without altering the taste too much? I'm allergic to soy bean.

Use left over rice and make it sort of stir fry rice instead.

I think you can take chickpeas, or use nothing. Just mushrooms. It would be delicious, too.
