You can also try simply mixing condensed milk with milk powder and a dash of vanilla extract into the same dough consistency without cooking. In Indian cooking it's called Burfi.

To bake at 180°F? It doesn't seem correct. 180°F = 82°C. Very low heat. Could you please clarify?

I am wondering as well. If she meant celsius, that would be about 350F. I've rewatched the video & they definitely look a little brown on the bottom, which I don't think can be achieved at 180F.
