Its proven a fact you can survive on a plant based diet and not become weak or become ill or worse for wear. Primary example Buddhist or shaolin monks are some of the strongest people in the world and they are 💯 vegan there's your nutrition lesson over with. There are plenty of protein in vegetables more so than red meat. Even science teachers know this but they don't want to teach this in 'science' for the fear of being contradicting themselves and being challenged and ridiculed by students alike

@@mr.ashleyt8478 umm protein in vegetables exist. And there is plenty of it. I would be more worried about certain vitamins, especially from B group, but they can be supplemented. You can be vegan and be perfectly healthy. Though vegetarianism is more recommended. In my med uni we are taught It is actually healthier to eat only white meat (specifically chicken) but in SMALL portions, and fish. No more meat is needed.

"Innocent face " , they have evolved like that so they can root , that is so they can turn over soil to eat roots , tubers , worms , acorns , beech mast , in farm fields they eat potatoes and role on maize to eat the cobs . I am describing wild pigs ( Diviak in Slovak ) which I have watched and hunted and eaten many times .
