Do This To Sync Your Hands Up For Maximum Speed

PracticeGuitar... - free video master class on building guitar speed without slow practice.
if you want to sync up your 2 hands for maximum speed, you’d be hard-pressed to practice anything better than the picking hand trills I show in this week’s video.
Anyway, the weird thing about picking hand trills is:
They never stop challenging your guitar technique..
When you do picking hand trills the way I teach in the video, you always play right on the edge of your technique.
No matter if you already pick at 1200+ notes per minute or you just learned your pentatonic scale yesterday…
…they always feel just hard enough so you keep improving, but never impossible.
So, I think you’ll dig 'em.

Can you make a video of the importance of a guitar setup and how it can ruin one's ability to articulate properly?

@@alandzavalamederos1783 True, but one position is closer to standing than the other. I've started using a strap on my guitar even while sitting to better simulate standing posture.
