I have BPD, CPTSD, ADHD.. struggling with alcohol abuse, self harm, rage etc. I care soooooo much what other people think of me, what they say about me. But only when it's negative! I ignore anything good, and hold onto the negative. I'm self destructive, push everyone away, then spiral because I'm alone. I choose to believe I can and will get out of this dark hole. I am enough. I dont care what people think of me. I am all i need. I love myself.

Just in case you are reading this... There are many opportunities that lies ahead, but some are only visible through an optimistic lens. This week, don't be distracted by what appears to be impossible. Get yourself a new mindset and accept the challenges ahead. Shift your focus from the size of the task and envision the result you desire. All the best in creating new paths, manifesting new dreams and venturing into the unknown like the victor you already are🤗💛.

Thank you! I’m going to take a screenshot of this for my grown son who is struggling with brain trauma and is in psychosis and paranoia. He loops negative thoughts about himself instantly and says he’s gone and that it’s too late for him. He’s 35, and this breaks my heart. He’s living with me right now, and I tell him it’s never too late. He is his own worst enemy. I tried to get him to listen for at least 5 minutes, but he hasn’t. Maybe your comment will help! Thank you!

@Mistake Maker The depression won't leave if you keep saying it has NEVER left you. If you continue thinking and saying you are usually in pain that is what you will experience. Your mind can only follow the instructions you are giving it. Change your story. Stop reliving your past. Create new happy memories and leave the past where it belongs...in the past. Reprogram your mind. Lie to yourself until your mind accepts your new thoughts. I am healthy. I am always healthy...I always have perfect health. Listen to a subliminal for 21 days to reprogram your mind. This message sent with love

Having seif-esteem is essential because it heavily influences cur choices and decisions. When we have low self-esteem, our confidence can take a nosedive, affecting all sorts of things. We might find It challenging to speak up and prioritize our own needs, wants, and feelings, or saying Im sorry "or feling guilty for everyday actions. We may not want to" rock the boat, "feel deserving of, or capable of, having "more," or find it difficult making our own choices, have a lack of boundaries. if any of these sound familiar, you're not alone. Lack of self-esteem comes from our critical inner voices, and our body has a physical reaction to those words we speak- yet we often aren't aware of how we talk to ourselves. Therefore, we continue to run over the same patterns and get stuck in a rut of negative self-talk. I love you

The mind of powerful but it’s not all powerful. I agree that positive affirmation and visualization can be very helpful but it does not work for all things. Someone who is paralyzed from the waste down fir example isn’t going to suddenly walk just because they tell their brain to let them stand. The problem with theories like this is that now is that if the person can’t stand because they are paralyzed according to her it’s their “fault”. These kinds of attitudes are actually ableist. This idea that anything bad in your life (like chronic illness/disability) is because you are simply not using your brain properly and therefore “your fault” as she said. This is similar how some people misuse or misunderstand the Law of Attraction.

My response is usually some form of "damn dog....that's fucked up...and, I really have no words, but, I'm here" It seems to let them know I care Enough not to say something just to be saying something

Hi Marisa, I was surprised to hear that you "used to be vegan". It makes so much sense to me for someone so conscious and empathic as yourself to be vegan. "No longer being vegan" seems like a step back in consciousness and development. So if I may ask.. why did you become a vegan back then? 🙏🌿💚

I became a vegan for all the right reasons but it just didn't work for me.

I was a vegan for 10 months , but it didn't worked for me too. I eat dairy and poultry only.

Great video but she's missing the fact that life does not throw things at you. She created her own illness with her thoughts. A consciousness that denies disease will never experience it.
