    生活中要做很多事,也有中間休息時間,但就是隨時都腰痛,做事一忙都幾個小時,休息不一定,有時十分有時一個小時,做事是臨時就要馬上上場做,護腰難道要一直穿穿脫脫嗎? 有護腰建議嗎?

    請問坐骨神經痛該怎麼辦!........已經有看中醫吃藥可是一但脫掉護具工作彎腰一旦超過4小時就痛不欲生!
