Make sure to stay within your group you will get lost within the crowds at the parks section Don't let no one try to sell you anything you know is a scam Be safe Have fun with your families and friends make the best of your money spent and your time going. Can I get a AMEN! XD Yeah, as a relatively new player, my entire storage is only 1k, so that'd mean emptying out my entire stock. As it is, I'm getting rid of as many pokemon as I can, but that means freeing up 20-50 slots max. I know what Lucky means, though, as he's pretty much designing this guide for the hard core, been playing for years and has max storage PoGO player. I'll drop a '0' from that suggestion and strive for 100 free space and take it from there XD

@@mariomezquita3492 i agree... I recently began updating my storage for mons and bag. I never spent money until this past year... Now that I began pvp... It is difficult keeping numerous mons for different aspects of the game on top of keeping trade bait etc. The game is designed for people to spend. I get it but im not spending a fortune on this game. I just routinely fish through and delete stuff I don't want or need. As a level 50 player, i get rid of a ton like berries, eggs, and lures

Great video LB. AS a note, I've found that usually you need more max revives than max potions. After a raid you need 3-4 (or more) max revives. But you only need one max potion.

You forgot one special tip. If anyone at the city and yall have palkia spacial rend and have lots of rare candies. Invest it into palkia and activate spacial rend for multiple hours...take the busiest bus that goes slow locally at a steady pace and catch like a madman. Cuz thats what im gonna do in ny 😎

Make sure that bus don't have a drop off in a bad section lol because I have done it at go fest before and ended up in a hood I didn't want to be and had to walk couple miles to the next bus stop to get back to the place I wanted to go but it was definitely fun but gets overcrowded really fast esp in the NYC.

@@ShxrkyCOD my gameplan is taking the m3 Madison all the way up to 110 Central park and 5th ave. Then take the m4 all the way down 5th Ave. Not dangerous around that area and near the next bus going down acros the street. Repeat the process. Traffic goes slow and lots to catch that way. If yall have city wide and in the city for a week I advise to buy a 7 day unlimited metro card so u can ride the bus nonstop. Plus it's 60000 stardust for 2 hours of special rend with 60 palkia candy. So if u wanna do 6 hours at least that's 180000 stardust to spend and 180 palkia candy. This is only if u hard-core enough to catch like a madman on the bus nonstop. And pop star pieces too to get your stardust right back.

Awesome video! So much good information! I'm not sure if you mentioned checking the weather forecast leading up to and the day before the event starts, as obvious as it may be, it can help you make adjustments to what you bring with you, as needed. I also keep a emergency poncho in my backpack as well as a change of shirt and socks. And if I know for sure that there will be lots of rain, maybe even a raincoat and a towel, both for you and your equipment. And depending on your region and allergies, I usually bring tissues and allergy medication. Gotta catch 'em all LOL

The "Pack a Deodorant" is so true. I've been to in-person events and some people smell kinda funky by mid-day. lmao. Might also be a good idea to pack extra shirts if you sweat a lot.

Glad to hear you recommend doing GBL for the candies. I’ve been dumping all my rare candy in Palkia for two weeks so I can run spatial rend the entire time. Other tips: Plan out what you’re going to mega at the start of each hour since the spawns change every hour. Figure out where the bathrooms are where you’re going to play. Party up when the event starts so you can earn extra items and deal extra damage in raids. And make sure to refill your bag at the end of day one so you are ready to go the next day.

I think its better to save your lucky eggs for the event a week later, in which there will be FIVE DAYS of 4 TIMES CATCH XP. Yes, five whole days of 4x catch XP, and if you use Lucky Eggs thats 8x.

I can confirm that phone coolers saves your phone’s performance and battery charging speed. Must have if your phone is on an older side or if it’s not a premium phone.

I am probably gonna be using Primal Kyogre on day 1 as my mega since I'm focusing on raiding Xurkitree and Pheromosa and Kyogre gets both :)

Yeah I knew about this, but you can't get the potential free one from the Research Breakthrough each week if you have more than 3 in your bag. So I only keep a max of 2 at a time for that reason.

Quick catch method only works on phones that support AR+ now, because Niantic completely dropped support for normal AR in the game. Even though it was in the game already and worked fine... I guess they are getting bribed by phone companies to coerce players into buying newer phone models. Not doing it.

I just started playing Pokemon Go more seriously and its my first summer season. How do you deal with the sun making it impossible to see anything on your screen? thats so irritating (

Some phones just have lighter screens, it's easier then and you try to stay in shadow as much as possible

There's 2 definitions (maybe more) of f2p: 100%, no RL money spent (aside from phone & data) No RL money spent on pokecoins, all PCs are from gyms. Event tickets don't count in this, and possibly also autocatcher. Some consider the fact that event tickets can't be bought with PCs a reason to grant them an exception. Idk which is correct.

F2P = Not spending money on PokeCoins. I've only ever gotten PokeCoins from gyms in-game. Events like GO Tour and GO Fest are ticketed events for an experience. Autocatcher is an add-on accessory to help catch in the background. I consider these to be exceptions. Some may consider using a car to drive around as not being f2p, since the alternative is walking. If you want to get technical about the semantics, there are different types of f2p players. My definition is simple, no money spent on PokeCoins.

great and informative video bro but heres my take on it: 1. enough lucky eggs/starpieces/incenses for both days 2. enough passes for all the raids you wanna do (in person) then coins for the remotes you wanna do 3. bring a camelbak (if u have one) for rehydration or bring a waterbottle 4. bring backup clothes if rain comes 5. dont FORGET charger+cable (for outlets) and powerbanks for when you are on the move (i got 5 PB's so im good xD) 6. And lastly... Have alots of fun and GRIND for what u want/need :D
