110 welder mig with a .30 wire would handle that no problem you could plug into anywhere in the garage and also switch to .23/.25 wire for thin sheet metal

New to the channel, E30 content is great! I need it as motivation to start working on mine. The wife clips are hilarious, 100% can relate.

Maaan, I started watching u about a month ago and I must say, you are making gr8 progress with your builds. I love the e36, but e30 content is also cool. That's my goal!

The engine swap is going great, that S50 will look good there. If I am building such clean E30 I would source a good M-tech 1 body kit instead of a widebody. It would look much cleaner and classier.

Still undecided on the body, that will be the last thing I do. First is engine/get it running. Then suspension, wheels, and brakes.

you should look into getting an oscillating mutli tool, its better than using the angle grinder.

Better tot coffer up the car There are sparks you do not see and go fhuter and burn your Paint and glass and also Whit grinding I see this alot on my job at the shipyard i work Just A tip Hope to see youre next video soon

I LOVE that color! Would be different for sure. Maybe a wrap down the road, but sticking with white for now.
