When i put pomade in after a cut it pulls my hair down past my lineup and messes it up. I feel like i need to get my lineups while the pomade is in there. But like you said i dont want to gunk up the clippers. Not sure what to do

Barber can slightly taper the line up area. Will ensure those hairs that are pulling down to the line are not crossing the hairline once the pomades in place.
