I just finally realized this but your voice kind of sounds like Howard Stern. You have a good radio voice!

If we wasn’t such a good coach, I’m sure the Antonelli podcast would be his profession, haha

My son gets drilled by his high school coach about squaring up and using two hands. Even though I've taught him how to be consistent with his forward hand and backhand. Coach doesn't like it it ever. You're 100% right. Higher level ball does not use two hands every single time. It's a time and place for it. Keep up the great videos! Would enjoy to fly up and work at your facility. #FROMTEXAS

For sure bud, I have a coach that doesn’t like “loading up” to hit a baseball. Wants kids to start “preloaded” so they just swing from a fixed position, which of course isn’t proper whatsoever and nobody worth a darn just swings from they set stance without loading….thankfully my kid knows to do her thing despite the coach because I’ve taught her.

We got a rebounder for my son last year, great for putting in lots of reps outside of practice. Will be showing him this tonight!

I remember I was on third. Line drive coming my way. I had to stretch to my right to get the grounder. I ended up getting it and throwing the guy out at 1st. My dad was like next time get in front of it. I was like bro, I ain’t that fast. But of course just said Okay. I am going to show him this video. Tell him I am well rounded.

Interesting that I've seen old footage of infielders from decades ago using two hands the majority of the time. Nowadays, it's not as frequent. I wonder what changed this.

Practicality. As demonstrated here there are certain body positions where physiologically you can't cover with two hands. Playing surfaces have also improved which may also play into less need to cover for bad hops.
