The reason is because in Mexico recently they have put laws in which companies now have to put those labels on everything that’s considered unhealthy. They have also eliminated food mascots because they say that they encourage children to eat un healthy foods. Obesity rates are bad in Mexico so the government is trying to combat that.

In Europe, Cool Ranch Doritos are called "Cool American"

Did you noticed the Mexican Cheetos don't show Chester? Recently a law was passed where junk/unhealthy food can't show a mascot because it's marketing directed at children. PS: the zucaritas box they had was from before this law was approved.
