The features in this race are pretty insane, standing at the bottom of them look impossible. Alot of the clips are from 'stairway to heaven.' This is mostly pro riders but some A riders mixed in who qualified in the top 30 riders of the previous race. 2023 Grindingstone Hard enduro race in Page, AZ apart of the US Hard enduro series

dear lord my palms are sweating and I have ridden some gnarly stuff. This is the only video I have seen accurately representing how steep it is on video. It is so hard to capture how steep and dangerous that stuff is, and how committed you have to be. Great camera work.

Man.. it's dang fun doing hill climbs.. Did one in the dark tonight! Makes it an entirely different experience. Not sure I would be to excited to go up those rocks though.. they could hurt ya!

Then you remember that you got montesa trials bike that could do most of this stuff with way less experienced rider

@@EksistenssiI always wanted a trials bike, but still have never bought one for some reason. maybe someday I'll find one for a couple grand and give it a try. Have a bunch of big logs and boulders in my back yard that I play on which would probably make it feel like cheating if I had a trials bike :)
Preferred line doesn't exist with those jam ups... Makes it so much harder!
Its so steep IRC staked a banner to the track like its a wall.
Anyone participating in this event is a very good rider, but few elite riders can truly handle this. See 1:00 and especially 3:35, that guy had a freakin' plan! For the rest, that's no way to treat a $10,000 dirt bike 😆

Awesome race and video. Anyone running Trials tires? Not sure they're legal in this series.
You should come up and watch Outliers in Alberta it is similar type stuff that comes across as absolutely impossible but the Pros just hit that shit.

Page needs a lot of new jobs after that coal power plant shut down. Over 1000 jobs. If the Navajo nation could agree to develop off-roading it could easily become Moab 2.0 and create so many jobs for the locals
