Your messages are edifying and only recently resonated with me, but I do not believe that God gives us tests in order to elevate us or promote us... if it were the case even the unrighteous who are rewarded or elevated or are successful would be tested and would not progress in life because they have no regard for God and are sinful. Yet God sheds his blessings on the righteous and unrighteous alike and adds no trouble to it. I think people misunderstand the trial/ test that Job went through. And you said it yourself in another sermon that God did not tell Job that he was going to be tested / tried and besides what Job went through was not to test him, in order for God to bless him or promote him or elevate him. Job was already rich and contented and Godfearing, before he went through the trial. In the end a loving and fair God rewarded Job for all the hardships he went through. Thanks
