Hey Josh great video! However you said that when you refund your shoes they give you a full retail value voucher back but when I returned my Adidas ace from the Adidas online store, they only gave me the sale value back that I paid for.

I bought the world cup hypervenom 1's in a big size to grow into in like 2014 or 2015 and I now fit them and i wore them to one training session, and the classic early hypervenom 1 coulourways durability issue occurred with sole separation on the lateral and medial side on both boots.Do you think they would still replace it with a voucher? I would assume it's been to long even though I haven't been wearing them. Soz for the long msg. (-:

how bad does the wear have to be to claim a warranty? Eg. does the sole separation have to be clearly obvious before you send them in or could send the boots in as soon as you see the sole start separating?

The product should be broken and unusable.

Do they have a similar warranty on my grades?

In the Philippines, we get them stitched. And that works. Really really well, but I don't think people do that here in the USA.

Technically no, although they do reserve the right to deny your claim.

That I'm not too sure about. I wouldn't think it would be a problem, but I could be wrong.

The warranty of my boots ends may 30. If I start the claim now (during warranty period) but they don’t arrive to Nike until after May 30 will the claim be honoured?

From them directly. They don't give you cash to buy from anywhere.

I think that doesn't work in other countries, like Philippines. . .and if it does work, sending it to the manufacturer would probably cost us more than a new boot costs.

Are you gonna do a collab with Unisport? Because in their most recent Q&A they said they wanted to.

You can try contacting the manufacturer directly and letting them know your situation. It would likely help your case if you had a receipt proving when the boots were actually purchased. It would still be up to them though.

I guess but I don't feel I got my point across, I don't think the boot was fit for the job in general, it wasn't particularly popular and had a strange stud pattern I wanted to try rated for AG surfaces, it was the Ace TKRZ+ and the one match I wore them is when the injury occurred and I've never been injured before. I feel the stud pattern caused it. I guess there's not a lot I can do though really.

Yes. I had my shoes for almost a year and they gave me $110 credit for some new shoes which was more than the shoes that I bought.
