❌❌ DO NOT DO THIS ON YOUR ROAD TEST ❌❌ Parallel Parking MISTAKE | New Driver Tips by Toronto Drivers
In this video, I show you parallel parking mistakes made by some people on the test. Parallel parking was named the number one cause of driver stress for 18-34 year-olds in a study. If you’re someone who stresses out parallel parking, have no fear. You can watch my video on how to parallel park and you will learn how to do it. Thousands of people have benefited from my method and have considered this the easiest way of parallel parking. I promise: once you’ve tested this method a few times, you’ll have formed good parallel parking habits to be able to repeat them over and over and over without anxiety. And yeah...SMASH the like button if you find value in this video :) Cheers!

I failed last week because I went up onto the curb doing a 2 point turn! All because I didn't back up enough before making the turn! Remember to back up enough guys!

I think all they need is more practice I passed mine first time because I was driving for 17 years and I took a lesson to refresh my skills for a bit we forget things as well we all learn from mistakes so practice will make people become good drivers !

whenever i start turning left or right i am confused when i need to start the turn
I had filled two times because of the parallel parking I find it parallel parking is so difficult for me that I could never do it I have always practiced it with my dad doing it in my own car and now I'm going to give my third test next week or week later but I will be doing the test and trying to do the parallel parking with my dad and practicing it before going to the test so I can complete it and get my G2 driving license

Do get a lot of practice before the test. You will pass this time. Think positive and practice hard. Good luck, Manjot!

Oh my, that is sad to hear but for me its the reverse parking that gives me the real headache, the side mirrors are so hard to hard to read
Most of these instructors or not testing the students properly

Is Ontario still doing the parallel parking? I guess there are new temporary measures for now! Wonder if you might know what may now be included on the updated G test? Thanks for your videos!

As far as I know, you get one or the other. Parallel parking or reverse parking. Nothing really changed
Plz share G test route for Guelph temporary location
Hello! I hace a question, i failed my G2 exam because I took a left turn when the light was on yellow, I was already in the middle of the intersection, and while the green was on, no one in the other way let me pass, what should I do in that case?
@1996sarvesh
Жыл бұрын
Try not to cross on yellow lights on test, if your examiner sees a glimpse of red while you were still on intersection, its an instant fail
I dont know because the DMV examiner there was very patient so I think that the new driver passed. But if the new driver gave up then that is a fail but according to the video the driver attempted to keep going and never gave up until he made it. The important thing I believe for the DMV examiner in the car was to observe if the new driver will give up easily or remain persistent until parallel parking the car correctly.
I went in perfectly but the instructor asked me to do again and be by the curb side and it the hit the cone
Unfortunately I have same problem when I get nervous I press the accelerator and loss the control and even I confused between brake and accelerator 😰 I wonder if I will improve with more practice !
@kiril1

You think twice, before pressing the accelerator. And always imagine for yourself, that there is an egg, which you don't want to squeeze. Very easy press, almost without a force.

Miro, I will try to make a video to help more people who have the same difficulty as you.
To be honest that in New York State is automatically failed NY is very strict when it comes to the road test fist try if it’s ok it’s fine if you hit the curb or to far or to close to the curb you gotta keep driving and the examiner already wrote that as points and if he sees that is to dangerous and you could hit the other car will stop you from doing it and will call up another examiner to pick him up and the instructor to pick the car being driving by the person trying to do the road test I hear that all the time from people I wish you all good luck 🍀

I believe NY has a bad traffic and parking problem, I felt theres not enough space to park vehicles there
Please if you’re free do suggest me which of your videos do I need to watch so that I’ll be able to drive 100% correctly
Definite FAIL. Here in NY if you HIT the curb that’s an automatic FAIL. Much less drive up on the curb-FAIL
@TorontoDrivers

Yes, I have heard that for some places. There is no tolerance for hitting the curb.
Hello there, im a new driver planning to buy a car..Do you recommend hyundai VENUE suv for me or sedan???? thanks
I think the student failed because he or she hopped the curb. However, if you're just too close to the curb, you can easily adjust & you'll pass.
@TorontoDrivers
2 жыл бұрын
I agree, Evan. Most of the times, the examiners don't mind someone trying to re-adjust to get the parking right. However, if you hop the curb, then it is a fail for sure. :)
Failed 😏and that's happened to me
You have a nice voice, you should invest in a better mic for your videos
he failed your suppose signal, then line up mirror to mirror put the car in reverse, turn the wheel to the right 1 full turn, as your approaching the curb you want to turn the wheel 1 full turn to the left this way you don't hit the curb
Sorry to say, but It would be a blessing to all the drivers (including himself/herself) if he/she got this failed.
I think the student failed
1:48 the car is in a bad angle, the learner tries hard to fiddle it around with baby movements in hopes of straightening it
This person needs more time to practice control on steering wheel, car dimensions, gas pedal and brake pedal. A side question, I often see Corolla as a popular choice amongst driving instructors. But many instructors on KZread have Jetta. I know majority says Corolla is from Toyota, and comes with exceptional quality but I am curious to know about Jetta being a choice too.
@TorontoDrivers
2 жыл бұрын
Yes, Amoldeep. Corolla is considered reliable for this profession because it lasts longer due to a good engine. I haven't seen many Jetta's being used by instructors around the GTA. Perhaps they are popular where you live. It is a personal choice of the instructor though. :) I started teaching with a Mazda. Lol!
this guy is absolutely far from not failing

He's failed. Terrible. Where is the second mirror, this for the student? I had it while learning how to drive. And my instructor told me exactly where to stop, how much to turn the wheel, what to see in this student mirror, and what to do next. Sounds difficult, but it took me barely one minute to make the parking
